Tip Top Service Nothing but amazing things to say about this specific dealership. Bought a PO vehicle about 3 weeks ago. Of course, I experience some minor issues Nothing but amazing things to say about this specific dealership. Bought a PO vehicle about 3 weeks ago. Of course, I experience some minor issues with the vehicle with a few lights going off in the cluster (typical ABS, Airbag, Brake light, and Traction lights). To add to this issue, the lights all go off after 3 hours; making it even harder to diagnose the issue. At this point, that was the story I had to bring to the service desk. I was fortunate enough to have an appointment booked during the busiest season of the year. I must say, that was very accommodating. Thanks Lee! I arrived for my appointment and I was greeted by Bart. He is honestly the most reassuring, courteous and accommodating Advisor EVER! He was very attentive to my issue and looked after it. He was very informative and clear with the procedures, policies, and of course, the repairs they will do to your vehicle. When it came time to pick up my car, I was told it was just a software upgrade they had to do AND they washed my car for me (AWESOME!). Most unfortunate but lucky event, those same lights reappeared on my cluster! (Thank God) Now I can actually present the issue and get it fixed. Bart was so apologetic and honestly, I wasn't even upset. I was just glad that I can get all issues fixed before my CPO warranty rolls in. I work in east end of Scarborough and unfortunately, the shuttle service cuts off at the edge of Markham. At this point, because they were squeezing my repair in their busy schedule, I felt bad for the inconvenience. I was asking to see what he can do in terms of just bringing me back to work as I went on my lunch break and i also needed a vehicle to get me from where I am and back to the dealership. Bart went out of his way to help me out. I am touched and very grateful to have been looked after by Bart. You truly made my Monday a better one! I am sure all advisors are amazing, but based off my experience, DEFINITELY ask for Bart! More

Impeccable Service Worth MORE than 5 stars!!! Call it a bad luck streak but I was having the absolute worst luck with my car shopping experience prior to stepping foot in Town + Country. If you're expecting a high "WOW" factor...this is your dealership. When I stepped foot in Town + Country, I was super nervous on how this experience will be, and it was totally the opposite. First off, you have the freedom to poke around before someone offers their help. Secondly, you truly get genuine service rather than a commissioned sales pitch. I was dealing with Kevin, whom is the most knowledgeable and accommodating salesman you can encounter. He listened to what I wanted, rather than pushing a vehicle on me. The test drive was very thorough, where I got a good feel of the vehicle, vehicle specs, and also a little bonding time to get to know him as a sales person as well. One small detail that really topped it off for me was when Kevin served me water. When my spouse came back with a cup of water, I only made a comment to him saying that the water was very cold (its a good thing). When Kevin stepped away to get us a spot to speak with Terry, he came back back with a cup of water....and it was warm. I honestly did not expect him to listen to that comment and actually tend to it. That, was a unique experience which places a salesperson like Kevin REALLY high up there. WOW factor indeed. I definitely have to give Honourable mention to Terry who is unfortunately not in the list of employees. He will honestly take care of you from even before the beginning to the very very end. His level of professionalism, service, and customer relations is just IMPECCABLE! I felt very comfortable seeking Terry's advice and expertise in financing a vehicle with little scratches in credit history, etc without feeling judged. All that was exchanged between him, my spouse, and myself, felt really genuine and I believe it. Some people will promote their service just to win your trust, but Terry won my trust with his service. Even down to the way he hands his business card to you, it shows what level of business you are about to receive. I can't thank him enough for making not only the purchasing aspect but also the consulting aspect an unbeatable experience. If you are looking for someone who will take care of you and help you get as close to your goal, Terry will make it happen. Or at least try...which is not common nowadays. Quality over Quantity. Of all the years I've walked in a dealership, I must say, this dealership, along with their employees is just amazing In the future, I am definitely going to be coming back to this dealership.
