The used car mgr explained that this is a charge to cover the cost of any legal costs involving the dealership in relation to a legal action resulting from a customer complaint. To me that is not logical,afterall why did I have to pay $ 10 to that dealership to minimize his cost of doing business ? I therefore look forward to being reimbursed for the $10 that I was charged .
