Dennis showed great potential to do well in his future career development in Chrysler although he didn't appear to be keen about selling the dealer-demo unit I purchased and quietly passed the ball on to Nels. My impression was that selling demo vehicles does not offer the same kind of reward as selling regular vehicles. Nevertheless, so far I am happy with the quality of the demo truck I purchased. Given the size of the dealership and the number of staff on payroll, it must be imperative to push for higher margin in every vehicle sales. Both Dennis and Nels were friendly and demonstrated professional demeanor. Based on my experience, car companies' true colors come out through its quality of service. From now on, I will scrutinize Chrysler and its dealers' business integrity in terms of decency, honesty, integrity and efficiency in servicing vehicles. Corporate Chrysler should not forget dealers carry its brand. As such, the result of service quality and my assessment will be published on the Wall Street Journal when I consider it appropriate. I stopped in late on a Friday afternoon, looked at the 2017 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman Ecodiesel Crew Cab Tower advertised on Kijiji, and made a verbal offer that was declined. Total time 30 minutes. The sales manager called to discuss my offer on Saturday, and in five minutes we had a deal. I returned to Tower, paid a deposit, and signed the offer. Another 20 minutes. They detailed the truck, filled it to the brim with diesel, and I picked it up Monday afternoon. No hiccups in the transaction anywhere. All those involved, from the internet sales specialist Liz, to Frank the salesman, to the sales manager Nels, to Tyler who handled the sales contract and registered the truck for me did their jobs to perfection. We were interested to learn what deal we could get on trading in our 2013 Dodge Journey for a 2017 model. We took a test drive of a couple of models with David and settled on the GT model. Price was negotiated quickly and we were satisfied with our deal. Jeff Huesken took us through the warranty contract extension, which we felt was necessary because the electronics on our 2013 model gave us some trouble after the 60,000 km warranty expired. We also wanted the undercoating, rust proofing, paint protection "Platinum Shield " package. We had negotiated for better tires than the ones that come with the GT model and were pleasantly surprised that these and the Platinum Shield protection were installed/completed within 36 hours. Jeff was very efficient with the registration and insurance and it was pleasant that all we had to do upon picking up the vehicle was to transfer the license plate, which David did for us. More

Happy they were open Saturday! I needed new coolant hoses and my lower intake manifold was leaking. I took it in and they were able to get it back to me by closing time which was I needed new coolant hoses and my lower intake manifold was leaking. I took it in and they were able to get it back to me by closing time which was a total of four hours having it. However I think they charged me more in labour hour wise than my vehicle was actually in there. Overall I was impressed on how quick they got it in how quick they diagnose the problem and got my vehicle back to me. Little disappointed about the labour cost but very impressed on the overall service from start to finish. Well done and I’ll definitely be coming back. More

While there again we met John Assef while getting our 2015 Jeep serviced. Ended up trading up to a 2017 Jeep. We love it. John got us a very fair price for our trade in and a good price on the new one. The whole experience was seamless and easy. More
