TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES If I could give less than one star, I would. Tower Chrysler employees have misled and misinformed my husband Kyle Goertz in the process of purchasing a new truck. We left a VERY generous deposit to secure a price and have a vehicle brought in, only to find out that it was not what was agreed to. No problem, we'll just take our deposit back and keep looking, right? Wrong. Not only was a refundable deposit promised to us by the Salesperson, Mr. Assef, but it is on the contract, "if both parties agree." Problem is, they conveniently no longer agree. After several weeks of back and forth, they are now sending letters to my home that I can only describe as "forceful." I wonder how many other patrons have been bullied into a sale because they felt they had no other choice? Of all the dealerships in Calgary, we chose to give Tower Chrysler our business and this is how they've chosen to treat us. They stole our $5000 deposit, yet THEY did not adhere to the terms of the written and verbal agreement. Chrysler still has the truck AND our money. Is business that bad? Under what circumstances is it reasonable to keep a customer's FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS? They have made no effort to resolve the situation aside from bringing in a different, more expensive truck, and oh yes, the "Letter of Demand" that we follow through with the purchase or else. Sounds a lot like bullying to me! I can't pretend that being robbed of $5000 does not impact our entire family - it sure does! These are not people you want to do business with. I hope you'll read this and think twice about where you purchase your next vehicle. More

Upon delivery, Dave spent the time to show us the vehicle features and ensured our questions were answered. We would just like to say that it was a great experience all around and we walked away with no outstanding questions and we feel we have exactly the vehicle we want and feel that we got that vehicle at a good price. I was told I needed new brakes and I wasn't true I took my car to your dealership service to get a recall service done, when I picked up the car I was told I needed to replace my brake pads and rotor I took my car to your dealership service to get a recall service done, when I picked up the car I was told I needed to replace my brake pads and rotors, the front ones needed to be done immediately, the back were a bit better but needed to be done pretty soon. I took the car to a mechanic I trust for a quote just to find out that my front pads were at 60% and the back 30%, my rotors were fine. I'm very disappointing but not surprised with the dealership ethics. More
