Excellent experience Came in just to browse and was just starting my vehicle search when I met John. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all Came in just to browse and was just starting my vehicle search when I met John. When I bought my first vehicle there 5 years ago I had a wonderful experience. Over the past 5 years I have had my vehicle serviced there, and enjoyed each experience. However, today I received a call from Jason Carriere about trading in my vehicle... Just from the call he sounded great, friendly and kind. He got me to do something I've avoided with both my cars - consider trading it in. So I went in with my 11 mth old son to see what he could do. He is amazing. He not only upheld the great customer experiences I've had over the past 5 years, he surpassed them! He is helpful, thoughtful and kind. Just a genuinely wonderful person and a real credit to tower Chrysler and their wonderful customer service. After our chat I met with Jeff in finance who I also consider to be fantastic at his job. Regardless of whether I'm approved for a new vehicle or not, my son and I enjoyed our time there and will certainly get our next vehicle with tower Chrysler when the time is right. More

Amazing experience My experience at this dealership was outstanding, they were extremely welcoming and friendly and they respected and listened to what I was looking for My experience at this dealership was outstanding, they were extremely welcoming and friendly and they respected and listened to what I was looking for, the sales representative that we had helping us was Nathan, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, he was extremely friendly and easygoing and he made the experience fun! I also had my car booked to get serviced and again, it was just as good! They let know throughout the day how my car was and they made It completely stress free. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership, I'm sure whoever goes will have just as a amazing time as I did! Thank you tower for everything ! More

Buying a new vehicle and was not impressed My husband and I went in to test drive and look at the various models for a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan. We met the salesman Arnie and instantly I p My husband and I went in to test drive and look at the various models for a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan. We met the salesman Arnie and instantly I personally was not impressed. He seemed friendly enough, however when I went to ask what the big differences between all the models were, he said that the SXT is all we will need and is a great value...uh thanks...that didn't answer my question at all, it felt like I had to pull teeth to get him to go into further detail. I was the one asking all of the questions instead of him trying to better understand what it is we really need/want. He was even hesitant to give us a brochure outlining all of the different models. We went for a test drive (without him in the vehicle, thank goodness) and ended up deciding on what model we wanted. We told Arnie we would think about it and take back the pricing and determine if we could actually afford what we wanted. I called him about 2 days later to let him know we were going on holidays and we would be in touch when we got back...when he answered his phone he didn't even know who I was! Each time I talked to him on the phone it's almost as if he didn't care if he got our sale and was only talking to me as a courtesy. We were going to go in one more time to review all the details for the vehicle but we ended up stopping off at Courtesy Chrysler to compare prices and ended up signing with them instead. Arnie called the next day asking about the appointment we had and when I told him we went with another dealership, he said "but you know you're missing out on free oil changes for life?", that was his bargaining tool. At our initial meeting he also said that we get him when we buy our vehicle there...no thanks! I'm all about customer service and I felt that Arnie fell extremely short in this area, even if Courtesy was to have us pay more than Tower for a vehicle, I would gladly stick with Courtesy to not have to deal with Arnie again. He lost a sale because he just didn't care. More

I took in my minivan for a regular service and they talked me into some extra work. It was the first Tuesday of the month and I am 55 so I should have got 10% off their work. They refused to do it sayi talked me into some extra work. It was the first Tuesday of the month and I am 55 so I should have got 10% off their work. They refused to do it saying this work was not covered by their senior discount. Don't use their service department because they will oversell and add $$$ to your bill. More
