When I'm at the parts desk to buy accessories, my truck is on file and my discount as new truck buyer is applied automatically. I walked in to buy what I wanted and Eldon was willing and able to patiently guide me through the ordering process. His knowledge of the choices is excellent, and when he doesn't know he'll find out. That's the kind of people I can work with and will in future. If a mistake is made, it's rectified and made up for. (a warranty job for electronics update took longer than anticipated, so a loaner was arranged immediately) What more can you ask for? More

Dream Truck! I came in looking for a used truck, skeptical I would even purchase a Dodge. John was more than willing to explain all of the different models, and their features. He answered all of my questions, and was knowledgable about all the different models, Dodge, Chev and Ford. When I jumped in the Dodge Ram I ended up purchasing I fell in love with it! It hit all of my must haves, and everything on my "can't afford but am dreaming" list. I knew the second I drove it that it was coming home with me. Again, John answered ALL of my MILLIONS of questions with patience, never did I feel pressured to buy, nor did he ever treat me like a "typical girl" When it came to financing Jeff was much the same. We ran all the numbers, decided what I was comfortable with, came within my budget, and timeline for paying it off. I work in sales, so I understand customer service; these guys went above and beyond.
