When I'm at the parts desk to buy accessories, my truck is on file and my discount as new truck buyer is applied automatically. I walked in to buy what I wanted and Eldon was willing and able to patiently guide me through the ordering process. His knowledge of the choices is excellent, and when he doesn't know he'll find out. That's the kind of people I can work with and will in future. If a mistake is made, it's rectified and made up for. (a warranty job for electronics update took longer than anticipated, so a loaner was arranged immediately) What more can you ask for? More

Dream Truck! I came in looking for a used truck, skeptical I would even purchase a Dodge. When I jumped in the Dodge Ram I ended up purchasing I fell in love with it! It hit all of my must haves, and everything on my "can't afford but am dreaming" list. I knew the second I drove it that it was coming home with me. Again, John answered ALL of my MILLIONS of questions with patience, never did I feel pressured to buy, nor did he ever treat me like a "typical girl" When it came to financing Jeff was much the same. We ran all the numbers, decided what I was comfortable with, came within my budget, and timeline for paying it off. Simply a much Friendlier Experience I bought my very first new car from John Quinlan in May of 2006. The experience with John then and every time after has been just excellent. The dealer experience previously has left a lot to be desired. That's why I was happy that John had left Eastside Dodge and joined the family at Tower Chrysler by the time our family needed our new vehicle. Over the years John has proven he really listens and seems to almost have a sixth sense about what my wife and I really wanted in a vehicle. This time was no different. After a few phone calls and emails, John invited my wife and I to the dealership for a look at what he knew to be the "Perfect Vehicle" for our needs. We were reluctantly moving into a minivan and it really wasn't something we thought was "Our Style", as we've always been "Hot Rodders". When we arrived at the Tower Chrysler, my wife and I knew exactly which vehicle John had picked out, without a word from him. he made sure it had everything we wanted including the right "look". The only thing it didn't have was heated seats, which he had installed for a very fair price, prior to delivery. We were trading in two vehicles and received a very equitable trade value with a minimum of fuss and very friendly treatment from the rest of the team. When it came time to visit the Finance Manager, Jeff Huesken, we were very happy to realize that we had worked together before at another dealer a few years ago, when we purchased a previous vehicle from John. Jeff treated us like old friends and made the process really easy and painless. I was really struck by how genuinely friendly everyone at the Dealership was. We even had Lance Almost come over to say hi and congratulate us on our purchase, with a sincerity that I think is missing from a lot of other Dealerships. Overall, this was the best Sales and after Service experience I've had with a dealership and I'm very happy to see John is part of a really great family here I absolutely recommend John Quinlan and Tower Chrysler if you are in the market for a vehicle, new or used. They actually care about you at this dealership. More
