Wait Time Our Sales person Robert Wachter was great!! He was new at the dealership but if he didn't know the answer to my questions he made sure to check with a Our Sales person Robert Wachter was great!! He was new at the dealership but if he didn't know the answer to my questions he made sure to check with a sales manager. The only downfall to our shopping experience was once I had put the down payment on the vehicle and went in to pick it up the wait time for the Finance person was about 45 min. I think it is different with every dealership but we saw other finance people walking around and were told each finance person deals with their own customer, they don't deal with each others customers. It kind of made me feel like they had my money so now I was at their mercy. We still received very good service other than that and the finance person was very apologietic. Now I am just waiting for them to call me about my car starter installation. More
