Johanna approached us and i told her what the kind of car i was looking for. every time i asked a question she would address the answer to my mom even tho she had nothing to do with the purchase. i really got the feeling that Johanna didn't believe i could afford the car i was looking for. my mom even said to me that if it was her she would have left but i knew what i wanted and stayed till it was done. my mom left as to not interfere anymore and i still felt the same attitude. I was quite offended by this. it wasn't until after financing was checked did customer service change to something i could deal with. it was a very great experience after this point. the dealer gave me a set of tires with the purchase. there were a few problems with ordering them but they made up for any issues above and beyond. overall a very good experience aside from before i proved my finances.
