Overpromise and underdeliver We were treated well during the sale, but as soon as we drove the car off the lot, service went missing. Lifetime free oil changes were revoked within a matter of months and they were unwilling to comply with a recall, blaming the part's failure instead on wear and tear. More

Personal extremely rude I was very impressed with the service and sales people , we ordered a custom made TrailHawk Jeep Cherokee 2015 and after that we got a TrailHawk jeep I was very impressed with the service and sales people , we ordered a custom made TrailHawk Jeep Cherokee 2015 and after that we got a TrailHawk jeep Cherokee 2018 , we also have another one same model but a 2016 , but today when I called to make an appointment for service in the 2016 one , the woman who answered the phone gave me a warning , saying if I installed the back up camera , she’ll charge me , i said , if I have the skills to install an original Jeep camera you think I’ll be asking you to fix it for me ? Later she said I’ll have to leave the vehicle for a while and take the train , I said , if I stay or leave by train , plane , car or boat is not her concern , but to fix my Cherokee, at the end I wasn’t happy the way she talked to me , we are customers and deserve respect , we certainly won’t go back for service again , dealing with her over the phone was a headache, dealing with her would be xxxx , there’s another few places where we are treated with the courtesy they had there before , sad , we liked the rest of the staff More

Customer Service I had an appointment for routine service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The day before on Macleod Trail at a light a very upset person slid into the rear I had an appointment for routine service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The day before on Macleod Trail at a light a very upset person slid into the rear of my Jeep and scratched the entire length of the bumper. I said let's just see what the cost is for repair and I'll get back to you.. I asked Amber when I arrived at Tower for my oil change would there be any way they could let me know the cost involved. She said maybe they could look at it since I was waiting for the oil change anyway. When my car was ready ,Amber advised they were able to buff the bumper to look totally repaired. I phoned and told this person we wouldn't need to exchange insurance info. as she requested.. No charge!!! She was so quiet on the phone!!! I told her I've been dealing with Tower for over 20 years because of the service and it was so nice they helped me. She said " I can only hope that will happen with my dealership!"" Oh, those BMW dealers, No charge! I don't think so she said". My next vehicle will come from Tower.! More
