Selling Lemons In the few months I've owned my 2014 vehicle I've had to replace the transmission (bell body), alternator bearings and brought it in for a transmissio In the few months I've owned my 2014 vehicle I've had to replace the transmission (bell body), alternator bearings and brought it in for a transmission error message after repair (which is still a mystery). The car currently screams when it starts, grinds when I drive it, and parts are always on back order/dealerships are too busy to service causing me weeks without my car. I came in wanting to buy a new vehicle but settled on used as I was assured the vehicle I bought was lightly used by the Branch Manager to drive from dealership to dealership only. On top of terrible customer service from the service department (had to argue about being entitled to a rental until reaching someone who was able to understand my warranty, poor greeting when dropping off the vehicle "we don't make them you know", unable to direct me to the correct department until the point of frustration and the service tech calling the rental agents at Enterprise morons while I was dealing with them directly, which they heard) and mechanical issues, they do not respond to their customers concerns. Instead, if a complaint email expressing concerns about your vehicle and service is written, the person with whom you had a bad experience with mentioned in the Email, will call you directly at the front desk of where you work and ask why you wrote to the manager and how they offended you. They will not respond proactively with any solutions, they respond with a generic (summarized) "Thank you for your valuable feedback, your next visit will be better" E-mail. Luckily, this is under warranty but they will ensure you know this and question why you are so disappointed if its covered. I must say, this is the worst experience I've had with a dealership and I am dreading what is next for this dud of a car I bought. I have remained calm cool and collected and treated everyone with respect during this experience. This dealership has completely sucked the excitement out of owning a new (lightly used) vehicle and left me feeling like I have been lied to about how this car was driven previously. I highly doubt a Branch Manager would drive this piece of junk. My advice? Make sure you have a warranty and lots of time on your hands to bring your vehicle in for service! Don't buy used. More

After learning that the dealership had gone under new ownership we thought we'd go back and check it out. As soon as we walked in the door the atmosphere was completely different. You were greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. The salesman John Assef went above and beyond and tried his best to get the absolute best deal that he could pull off. He was very thorough in explaining everything and made you feel so welcome. This man was one of the friendliest salesman we've ever dealt with. Always checking to see if he could get you something to drink and If you were ok. He certainly gives service with a smile a whole new meaning! He was there at the beginning and he was there at the end. When he took us to see Bryon Ellett in finance to do the paperwork several of the employees including the manager came along congratulating and shaking hands. You didn't see that the last time we were there. Byron as well was very friendly and was more than willing to answer all our questions and calculate and figure out all the amounts of anything we asked for. He didn't want to make us feel pressured to get into anything more than we were comfortable with and was more than happy to figure out everything for us before putting anything through. Very friendly and made you feel very comfortable all the way around. At the end when we were leaving again the manager congratulated us along with John Assef who was waiting with a nice big smile and chatted with us again before he walked us out and chatted some more. To say we felt as if we were the only people in the office would be an understatement. We had their full attention and didn't feel as though we were being rushed out or forced into something we didn't want. It's amazing how different you are treated now. After tonight we know what it feels like to be a "valued customer" A BIG thank you to John & Byron for your excellent customer service and also to the manager and staff who didn't have to but took the time to congratulate us on the purchase. Keep up the outstanding service!!! More
