Swapped my Bumpers As part of the Deal, was the exchange of my after market bumper on to my new jeep. It took a couple of days for them to complete the job they did supp As part of the Deal, was the exchange of my after market bumper on to my new jeep. It took a couple of days for them to complete the job they did supply me with a loaner vehicle which was a nice touch. When I received my jeep back they did not swap the brackets I use for hooking up tow strap and the also did removed my light bracket and did not reinstall them. I contacted the Sue and she was very helpful in getting my tow brackets back, but the light brackets we discarded. I was very pleased when they told me that they would replace the brackets. I was contacted by Joe and he went on a search for the brackets, the brackets could not be replace so Joe purchased me a new set of lights. I figured that it was going to be difficult to get these part replaced, but all the people were very help and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and want to say thank to everyone that was involved with my purchase. More

Easy going friendly sale I dropped in to check out what kind of deals I could get on a Dodge Dart or a Chrysler 200 late Monday night after multiple trips to dealerships check I dropped in to check out what kind of deals I could get on a Dodge Dart or a Chrysler 200 late Monday night after multiple trips to dealerships checking out car types. I was greeted quickly by Robert and after a short conversation he steered me into looking at a second hand Chrysler 200 as it would give me the biggest bang for my buck. Within 10 minutes after a test drive he delivered me an offer I couldn't turn down as it met all my car and finance needs. I gave my financial information to Byron and returned Tuesday afternoon to sign all of the paperwork and pick up my new car. Between Robert and Byron they ensured the paperwork was all in order and I got a detailed shiny full of gas car. It was so nice to have both the salesperson and finance person look to me for my answers and not to my husband since I was the purchaser. More

Expected More I am very happy with the Truck I bought and the value overall. There were just too many challenges I had to overcome. When I went to pick up the t I am very happy with the Truck I bought and the value overall. There were just too many challenges I had to overcome. When I went to pick up the truck, the finance associate couldn't have been less interested in helping me at all. I was going to pack in the whole deal there. I wanted to see the truck and he just told me it was out on the lot. Trouble is there are lots of trucks similar to the one I wanted. I just felt like he brushed me off completely. I bought the truck and they were supposed to install the NAV, they didn't....I had to go back but the only guy in the whole organization that could do it was away for the weekend....so I had to wait an additional week for this. I also had to make a special trip back to the store to get my deposit refunded....The truck was also not detailed properly when it was traded in as the cab had a bad odor of cigarette smoke. I was told the machine they took was stolen by an outgoing employee and they were getting a new one and would phone me within the week. This was 2 weeks ago... Every time I talk to someone there they are friendly and willing to help......just seems odd that I have to keep following up with them over and over on everything. I am trying real hard to not be "the bad customer" but I expected more.....I expected to matter. Love the truck and Value I got price point wise....just want to make sure in my own career, I never make a customer feel like they made me feel. This will not build loyalty. More
