Purchase I found the staff that I dealt with to be extremely knowlegeable and customer service driven. I initially booked an on-line time for a test drive a I found the staff that I dealt with to be extremely knowlegeable and customer service driven. I initially booked an on-line time for a test drive and David called me the same day to confirm and we chatted about my overall expectations. Robert called me the day of the scheduled test drive to advise everything was ready for me and even though I advised I was running late, there was no issue. Sue was fantastic as she went over the paperwork with me. Robert and David assisted me when I picked up my vehicle and ensured that I was comfortable with everything before I drove away. Maintenance Overall good experience, far better than any other dealership in the city. If I had to choose one thing they could improve on is the detailing. When I brought my car in it was fairly dirty - it would have been a nice gesture of thanks if they had just taken it thru their on site car wash...small things like that go a long way.
