Fraudulent service I took my Dodge Ram van to Tower for an oil and filter change and to fix the cruise control. The Service Advisor, Jeremy Rae was most cordial and a I took my Dodge Ram van to Tower for an oil and filter change and to fix the cruise control. The Service Advisor, Jeremy Rae was most cordial and accommodating. The service and repair work was done acceptably, however the multipoint inspection appears to have been fraudulent. They reported in "Failed Tasks" that the "engine oil level was excessively low". It was not, as I checked it before I went in and found it right on the full mark. They reported that the "engine oil was excessively discoloured/dirty. It was dark, but not excessively so. In "Cautioned Tasks" they reported the "windshield pitted". It was not, as it had been replaced a few days earlier and the vehicle had only been driven a few blocks in town. They reported that they had checked the air filter, however two days later a buyer check found the filter clogged. Obviously they had not done all (or perhaps any) the checks they claimed to have done. On an earlier visit to the express oil change/tire rotation, all four hub caps fell off within three blocks of the dealership. I will not return to this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. More
unprofessional service On Monday May 18th 2015, I had left my 2015 white ram sport overnight for an oil change scheduled for May 19th 2015. Early afternoon on Tuesday May 19 On Monday May 18th 2015, I had left my 2015 white ram sport overnight for an oil change scheduled for May 19th 2015. Early afternoon on Tuesday May 19th I had received a phone call from Jeremy Rae advising me the truck was ready for pick up. Later that evening around 9:00pm I came to Tower Chrysler to pick up my vehicle. At this point I came to find a 4 inch black scratch on my front right fender flare that was not there prior to drop off. I had run into Ross Cherry the man who sold me the vehicle ( it was a pleasant experience). I pointed out the cosmetic damage and made a decision to leave the truck overnight. Leaving several messages the next day for Jeremy, he finally called me back to discuss the said damage. Jeremy claimed that the scratch was caught on his walk around the vehicle. I disagreed with Jeremy and had asked to speak with his supervisor, for Jeremy couldn't do anything for me passed this point. I left a voicemail for Graham Betts twice over the next 2 days plus multiple unanswered calls. On Friday morning May 22, 2015 Jeremy Rae called me to ask if I had any intentions to pick up my vehicle, I responded saying I'm still waiting to hear from your supervisor Graham Betts, could you have him call me. By 3:30pm I still hadn't received any contact from Graham so I chose to come down to Tower Chrysler in person to discuss the matter. 4 days now have transpired. When I walked into the service department I met with Jeremy Rae, shook hands and asked to speak with Graham. Jeremy Rae was very polite. I waited for Graham Betts for a few minutes outside of service. When I finally met with Graham I wasn't greeted with a "service" type quality to say the least. We began to look over the truck and I disagreed with him as politely as anyone can disagree about where the scratch came from. Graham gave me 30 seconds of his time turned his back to me and said "we're done here" . Keep in mind I had just given 3 days of my patience to this situation. So at this point I snap and lose all professionalism, Heated words are exchanged and I pointed out to Graham how terrible his service was and how he couldn't even return a phone call to a man who just spent 60'000 dollars at this dealership. I wasn't even worth 30 seconds to this man. Graham walked back into the shop and my wife, who witnessed the whole ignorant display, got out of the vehicle she drove me there in and informed me that Graham had been rolling his eyes, making faces and kicking his feet like a child while my back was turned to him during the walk around. At this point now the scratch is irrelevant, I cant believe the way I was treated it doesn't matter if I spent 10 dollars or 60'000 dollars you don't treat customers like that. I proceeded to go into the dealership to find Graham's supervisor, who happened to not be in that day and came upon Lance Almost whom I've dealt with twice before and is an absolute professional. I informed Lance of what transpired. Now I'm writing this review to inform Tower Chrysler of the poor service in the "service department". More

Amazing Superior Customer Service I just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from this location and the first person who I met was Robert. He was extremely polite calm proffesional I just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from this location and the first person who I met was Robert. He was extremely polite calm proffesional and extremely Knowledgeable.He then introduced me to a another amazing part of his team Sue and Dave who helped me with the financing they were also above and beyond all my expectations there was no pressure and no forcible confinement. Which I have witnessed at other dealerships in the past They got me a great percentage rate lower than I have ever had and they were so so much fun. I will be buying another vehicle here in the next year or so and I will only buy from these 3 amazing confident knowledgable courtious intelligent people.Sue was also amazing she helped me to understand alot more about insuring my beautiful jeep things that insurance companoies forget to tell you or talk to you about.
