I've never experienced a more disrespectful and rude sales as Andrew. He didn't even introduced himself or asked our names. On all question we had, the answer was : i don't know or he need to decide if we are good fit for the car??? When asking him if he can show us the interior of the car the answer was: are you ready to do business? What about the used cars, can you show us what you have? Answer: Are you ready to do business? Any info regarding financing option? Like a range? Answer: My manager will let you know at the time you sign the paper and when you are ready to do business. Wow. I had to stop him and ask for another sales. This time we got helped by Drew, a professional person. Described in details all options available on new cars. We got to see a car and took his time to answer on all question we had. Thanks Drew. For Andrew i'll suggest a basic customer service course. More

Poorly Managed - Lost Opportunity All started well when I walked into the dealership to view a specific car (new). I was greeted promptly by a friendly salesmen (Mahamed Fodil) and after a short discussion I was offered a test drive. After a brief test drive we negotiated a price with the assistance of the sales manager (Aaron Henderson) and shook hands. The finance process with Jeff Huesken in the business office was smooth and efficient, no problems there. We worked a couple of things into the purchase agreement, window tint and a stripe package, to be done shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle. I took delivery of the vehicle that same afternoon but my salesman was gone for the day so someone else filled in. The gentleman that gave me the keys wasn't familiar with several features of the car and in the end, I figured it out myself with a combination of the owner's manual and Google. The window tint was executed a few days later just as planned, quality workmanship although it wasn't done by the dealer, just one of their vendors that they sub-contract the work to. And then the real issues showed up. I was told at the time of purchase that the stripe kit would take a week or two to arrive and then a few days to install. That seemed perfectly reasonable. SIX WEEKS is what it finally took and I had to repeatedly inquire with different dealership staff as to the progress. And I firmly believe that had I not kept on top of things the dealership would have just let the project die. I had to involve several people in management and in the end the decal kit never did arrive from Chrysler, rather an independent vendor custom made the stripe package here in town. I was originally told that install would take two days so I dropped the car off on Monday morning and didn't get it back until the following Saturday. The dealership did give me a loaner for the week so I wasn't without wheels. However the loaner was a dirty trade in off the lot that hadn't been cleaned. There was garbage in the back seat as well as what I believe to be cigarette ash all over the interior. No pride there whatsoever. I really have to wonder if the sales department understands or even cares about the impact this experience will have on where I spend my service money. This shop is very close to my residence and place of business so they would be the logical spot for a lifetime of service on this vehicle plus the other Dodge product I own. Because of how they handled the after sales service, I won't be spending a penny there. In fact, after I picked up my car on Saturday morning I promptly drove straight to the Chrysler dealership up the road to give my new car it's first synthetic oil change. I don't blame entry level / front line staff for being incompetent. I blame upper management & ownership for allowing this type of culture to exist under their watch & guidance. It's too bad really. Above and beyond Customer Service!! I stopped in on Friday to check out a Jeep Wrangler. I couldn't see any on the on-line inventory, but thought I'd go in. Micheal Good goes the extra "thousand" mile for you. I had a very specific jeep that I was looking for. Had to be a 2 door Sahara that was a 6 speed manual with Nav, sub, leather, body color freedom top, dual tops and had to be white or blue. Mike didn't stop looking until he found it and then had it delivered (mine came from Kelowna). Mike followed up with text messages and even snapped a photo of my new jeep when it arrived and sent it to me: he gives you the kind of service where you feel like you made a new friend. Honestly, this kind of customer service is lacking in most facets of sales and Mike made the whole buying experience fun!! IF you are looking for a new vehicle, head to Tower and ask for Mike Good personally. He will take care of you!!The Sales Manager worked his magic and I was very happy with the end price. Ushered on in now to see the finance manager and was well looked after (I had some tricky financing needs, and Byron was able to get me the loan at an excellent rate in the terms that I wanted. I have bought 3 vehicles in the last 7 years from Tower and my next vehicle will come from them too. I do all of my service with Tower and they have been great as well. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a great Ram truck or Jeep Wrangler that you travel to Tower. More

A great experience! I had a great time with this dealership in particular, none of the others I had dealt with quite matched the level of helpfulness and patience I recei I had a great time with this dealership in particular, none of the others I had dealt with quite matched the level of helpfulness and patience I received from Tower. I was treated as a person, and that is rare to come by in any sales this day and age. From the moment I walked in the door, I was aided in every way imaginable, I told them what I was looking for, and what I wanted the vehicle to do to suit my lifestyle. They helped me, but questioned me at the same time in a respective manner in order to determine what I wanted, was actually what I wanted. That was perfect service. The financial end was beyond amazing, I was advised, educated, and given a variety of options and a level of wisdom that only years of experience could attain in less than an hour. I left that room feeling more empowered and understanding of where I stand financially, and where my best bang for buck options were. Now some nitpicking... The second meeting I had with these people, I had booked an appointment over the phone, after 15 minutes passed I was disappointed. It seems when the gentlemen arrived that there was a level of miscommunication between the salesman, and the secretarial staff. After 3 phone calls the previous day, confirming a time with me should be just as important as confirming the time with the salesman. I would advise this level of communication to strengthen in the near future. Nothing is worse than having a customer show up 15 minutes early, only to wait an added 30 minutes past the appointment time. When it came after the financial agreements were over, I do admit there are somethings I was slightly disappointed in; namely why didn't I get a full tank of gas with my purchase? As minimal as an issue like that is. It feels as if you got the sundae with no cherry. If I also received a fresh oil change and air filter (since the vehicle was used) this overall rating would have easily been a 5-Star and recommendation I would do for a decade. This was the only point in time where I felt that the ball was dropped, it's the little things that add up throughout the whole experience! In the end this is an establishment where I would easily do business with again, and highly recommend to anyone looking towards their class of vehicles. They are fair on prices, great on service, and if you were a first time independent buyer like me; they make sure you walk out that door a wiser individual.
