After talking for a short time to Robert, he told my husband that he would help us get us out of our mistake of a Journey. Robert then went and talked to Sue, my angle in disguise, who worked wonders for us. After test driving our brand new van, I got to meet Sue. They made me so happy that I left Tower Chrysler with tears of joy and relief in my eyes and a strong urge to spread my joy. I was impressed on the service, first time buyer I came in on a Saturday and not expecting anything out of it, kind of like a shot in the dark, I didnt know what to expect nor any of the procedure on I came in on a Saturday and not expecting anything out of it, kind of like a shot in the dark, I didnt know what to expect nor any of the procedure on how to get a brand new vehicle and it was so easy that I kind of was surprised. The team there was very helpful and within 2 hours I ended up driving out their lot with my new car which I really liked. Everything was upfront and they didn't tried to upsale instead they got me what I wanted.and even some small credit issues they still managed to get me a solid 3.4%. No hassle, very upfront, I didn't felt like they were there for the commotion ( more like if you get a good service, the commotion comes by itself :-p) . I didn't have the bitter taste that I have made a mistake by getting into more debts, I drove away with the feeling that everything seemed right. Wachter Robert and David Labindao really helped me on getting what I really wanted so thanks guys again :-) More
