Poor customer service Chris doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. He will allow you to finance a vehicle that’s not legitimate in the province and drive off with it without Chris doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. He will allow you to finance a vehicle that’s not legitimate in the province and drive off with it without first inspecting it then tell you one month later he “didn’t know” anything about it. He also doesn’t return phone calls or emails. You literally have to go to the dealership to track him down. Definitely not a great manager. More

Terrible finance service This dealership took all my information for a new vehicle, never returned my calls after sending my information to the banks and waiting for a respons This dealership took all my information for a new vehicle, never returned my calls after sending my information to the banks and waiting for a response. I left several messages for their finance manager Chris and never received a call back. I also was in contact with his assistant who also never returned my messages or calls. How do people hit your credit and not even follow up with you or even tell you what’s happening with your deal. Disrespect !! Much better service at south trail Chrysler. More
