Great Buying Experience! I have bought few cars.…having moved around the world…in different countries but by far this was the best experience ever! Being in the Retail Industry I do recognize and appreciate a good Customer Service. I am aware of the sales tactics…and so when it’s done properly.…it makes me smile! I had Russell Decoteau a young Sales Rep attending to me. He showed me the couple of models that I wanted to see in a Jeep while answering all my queries as well as accompany me for the test drive. He is such a nice and easy person to talk to. Glad I got him to attend to me rather than other older sales rep...welcome the fresh outlook! Russell will go a long way in “Sales” if he continues in the same career path. I wish Russell all the best. Then there was Eddie Mansour, the charming Sales Manager! Without any hesitance I would give him the major credit in getting me to sign the deal…the first time/day I walked into a Jeep Showroom! I had only hoped to physically check out the Jeep models that I had my eyes on…the features…. Cost… Finance facility, etc. There were a couple of other Jeep Dealers nearby that I was planning to drop in. I was going to do a comparison study. In fact I hadn’t yet made up my mind whether I was buying a sedan or an SUV…and here I was....closing the deal laid out by Eddie! Thoroughly enjoyed the negotiation! Eddie is the kind of guy every customer would like to deal with. Having experienced it first hand I know I would! There was the mileage issue that I had overlooked and was upset but the way Eddie handled the situation is indeed admirable. He used all his charm in explaining things and pacified me.....thank you Eddie! I know I am going to say “Go see Eddie” if I hear any one is looking to buy a car or a jeep. Lastly Brent Whittaker...the Finance Guy! Brent came out to see me once I had agreed to the deal. The paper work was definitely a short process and Brent answered all the queries that I had. It was also nice of Brent to make a call to an Insurance Guy he knew.....just to get things rolling! I am looking forward to dealing with your Service Department in future and am hoping that this wonderful experience will continue. More

Bought 2 Vehicles!!!!!! I have been dealing with Tower now for over 7yrs. and over these years it has been the service that stands out. Both sales and service dep't are notic I have been dealing with Tower now for over 7yrs. and over these years it has been the service that stands out. Both sales and service dep't are noticeably different from the competition. I recently purchased a GM product and after witnessing the poor follow-up regarding service and maintenance it was a no brainer to sell this relatively new vehicle and go back to Tower. Some dealerships seriously need to look at their employees, quality of communication and overall attitude of staff. Of course all sales people in the car biz are going to be over the top nice when dealing with a car buyer, its a big investment not to mention their livelihood, but from the top down the staff at Tower are great people to deal with. These guys showed incredible patience and salesmanship in dealing with a 'hard' customer and because of this got themselves TWO new car sales. Our sales man John was FANTASTIC probably the most 'polished' sales guy in the house, not slick yet well presented if you know what I mean. Sometimes talked too much as I'm a cut to the chase kind of guy, but that didn't matter much as he was over the top accommodating. Eddie, the 'closer' as I fondly to refer to him, was great at his job. No xx, but none the less got me one of, if not THE best, deal available in the market place and believe me I did my homework. Then there was Frank, their customer service concierge, this guy was AWESOME. Uniquely loveable Frank was always there offering a genuinely friendly 'hello' or getting a glass of h2o. All the other staff are fantastic trained professionals but Frank(Faruk) is something else and it shows. Just go in and check him out, bring your baby, you'll see what I am referring to. Finally Brent in finance didn't spend unwanted time in trying to sell me the 'after world' he knew my budget and set out to get the paper work done as quick as humanly possible. Overall I would be shocked if someone went to Tower, dealt with any of these people and had a different opinion. Most importantly wait till you have to service your vehicle! From the Service Manager Larry to the courtesy drivers on down you will not be disappointed! More
