Personable sales people John and Frank (Faruk) treated me very respectfully without the typical smart-xxx salesperson attitude. John got right to the point of finding out why and what I was wanting without judging or trying to pigeonhole me in terms of socioeconomic scale. He also went out of his way for me by us going to get the car washed even though the dealer wash was closed so we could properly see the colour of the vehicle. Frank also came and met with me in a sincere and friendly way while John was away with his manager working the deal. I did not feel judged or condescended even though they had never met me before and I don't have the 'businessman' look. I have walked out of dealerships because sales people will judge me without even knowing me. I felt like they truly worked on my side to get the best deal that I could. More
