From selection based on my need, right through the purchase and finance, my experience was unparalleled to any other dealership. The team of Jocelyn, Lance, Eddie, Nels, David and Sue made the experience exceptional. So excellent I made sure to remember each of their names as each of them move so fluidly together to give me an experience worth a mention to all. Coming in from out of town they didn't miss a beat to show me what buying a new vehicle should be like each and every time. They went above and beyond even going to pick up my registration and that was making sure it would be done outstanding tickets and renewal - everything paid and all; all while I waited for them to pull my new jeep around. Not a happy customer We recently traded in our 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 for a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 as my husband travels a lot for work and needed a safe vehicle for driving We recently traded in our 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 for a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 as my husband travels a lot for work and needed a safe vehicle for driving in the snow. A few days after we brought the new truck home we noticed a couple of dents in the hood. We looked closer and found 11 more all over the roof and hood, it was hail damage. We called David Labindao and he arranged to have it fixed, that happened with no problems but the truck should have never been sold that way. My husband made an appt. to have our winter tires installed here in Didsbury and could only get a Monday appt. so he had to take a day off of work. 20 min. after he dropped the truck off we got a call saying they could not install our tires as the lug nut key was not in the vehicle. They searched everywhere and could not find it. My husband called David again and told him about the key and that he lost a days work because they didn't have the part in the truck when it was purchased. He also asked that he arrange to have our tires installed because we couldn't get another appt. for a month David said he would see what he could do and call him back. He didn't, so we took the truck back to the dealership and my husband went in to talk to him. He apparently forgot and said he would go talk to service. He came back and told him to take the truck around back and they would help us. When we got back there a girl came out and asked if she could look through the truck for the key. She searched everywhere as well and came up with nothing. She then said she would have to order a new one for us. My husband asked about the tires and she said it would cost $129 We left being told they would call us when the key arrived. While we were waiting we notices a rattling noise under the truck when we were driving. My husband went under and found the problem. The dealership had removed the front mud flaps to install the running boards and not replaced the screws in the fender well liner so they were flapping in the breeze. He bought some screws and fixed that himself, no point in getting the run around for that. We waited a week and a half, in the mean time it had snowed and my husband had an hour drive to work. Let's just say it was not pleasant. He went in to see David AGAIN. And the same thing, he went down to service and said to go see them. Why had this not been done already? Why does he wait until my husband takes time away from work to come in and make him do it? They installed new lug nuts and gave us a new key. My husband called David again after work and asked about the tires being installed and he said "oh yeah, let me make a call. I will call you right back" And AGAIN, no call back. The service from David has been terrible. We are customers just like everyone else. From the time we drove the truck off the lot we have been back and forth for reasons that were not our fault. The truck should not have left the lot with hail damage, missing screws or without a key for the lug nuts. These are all things that should have been inspected before selling the vehicle to anyone. When you tell someone you will call them back, call them back, don't wait until they take time out of their day to come to you! Now my husband called again and they are installing the tires for 1/2 price. Wow, thanks so much for such a great deal, while my husband takes more time off work. He got the truck there at 1:30pm and was told it would take one hour, so he waited instead of getting a ride back to the office. He just called me now at 3:46 and they were finally done. Then he was about to drive away but checked the glove box first for the lug nut key. Well it wasn't there! He checked the whole truck then went back in to the service department and they had to look for it. We have never come across such incompetent people in our lives, no one know what the other one is doing or supposed to be doing. They need to work on their in house communication. We will not be coming back to this dealership for any reason. We have not been treated well by David and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Check out your vehicle before driving it off the lot and don't expect a call back if you have issues. You will have to take YOUR time to go back in and deal with it yourself. More

One of the main reason that I go here is Bought a vehicle from here back in 2001 and after going through a few different service advisers, we finally ended up with Shelley McLean and she has Bought a vehicle from here back in 2001 and after going through a few different service advisers, we finally ended up with Shelley McLean and she has been, in a one word, amazing! After the first initial few visits, she has been very patient with my needs and always works hard to meet them. Often times, she gets very busy and in the end always manages to look after her clients. I have now made it a point that every time we come there for service, she is the only one we will deal with. Awesome, really made my unexpected purchase quick and easy I came in to Tower to have my previous vehicle in for an oil change, and saw my dream Jeep Wrangler parked on the grass. While waiting for my oil chan I came in to Tower to have my previous vehicle in for an oil change, and saw my dream Jeep Wrangler parked on the grass. While waiting for my oil change, I took a peek and decided to inquire about the price, to see about trading in. John and the team at Tower really pulled all the strings to get me an answer on what we could do for a trade-up in a very short period of time. I was able to drive the new vehicle off the lot within a few hours! Considering this was a very unexpected trade in, they did everything they could to make this process simple, timely and work for me and get me exactly what I wanted. I would strongly recommend John, Faruk (Frank), Byron and the team there. More
