Shelley McLean is amazing I first meet Shelley 3 yrs ago. When my truck was on the fritz(major) the day we were leaving for a vacation. Just so you know I stopped by the dealership to see about the new 2016 lineup and get some new winter tires. Follow up Purchased Numerous vehicles over the years and found that once the vehicle is sold, that the management is not as attentive to a clients needs as they Purchased Numerous vehicles over the years and found that once the vehicle is sold, that the management is not as attentive to a clients needs as they are prior to purchasing a vehicle. I have contacted Eddie Mansour on numerous items and he is always eager on the phone or in person to "i'll look into it" and will get back to you, however that never happens. It's always myself that has to do the follow up.................to bad and still kind of old school sales. for my next purchase, I'll will be shopping around. More
Abysmal Customer Service I am so done with this dealership. My last visit was the last straw. I had a flat tire which a co-worker helped me to change. The lugnuts were on s I am so done with this dealership. My last visit was the last straw. I had a flat tire which a co-worker helped me to change. The lugnuts were on so tight that he had trouble getting it off but eventually did. He was unable to get the last lugnut back on so advised me to bring it in for service. I went to Tower Chrysler as I purchased a Tire and Rim plan when I bought my Jeep 3 years ago which would cover the tire repair. I dealt with Jeremy Rae as my service advisor and have never had such horrible customer service. Right from the get-go, he immediately said "I hope you didn't ruin the peg on the wheel" when I mentioned the lugnut that wouldn't go on. First of all, if we did, so be it - these things happen and it's your job to help me fix them. Secondly, if we did, it was because the dealership, who is the only place who has EVER touched my tires, tightened the lugnuts so tight that they destroyed the thread on the peg and made it near impossible to get the tire off when I had the flat. Jeremy then asked if I would like to get my car serviced while it was in - I declined and let him know that I couldn't afford it right now, but my car was due for an oil change in January/February and I would be better able to afford it then due to getting 3 paychecks in January. Then spoke to me with absolute DISDAIN for not doing this service right now and I again declined. Excuse me but I am not a horrible person for having to budget my money and telling you that I cannot afford something right at the moment. I left my vehicle with him under the understanding that they would do the tire patch and repair the flat tire under my tire plan and that he would call me if the tire peg needed fixing and let me know the cost before repairing. I let him know that I would be just across the street at the mall waiting for his call. Well FIVE hours passed so I finally called in. He says "Funny story, we have the wrong phone number on file for you - the area code is mixed up. I figured it was 306 but didn't want to call a wrong number." REALLY? Because you clearly already called a wrong number and I don't see how one more would be an issue. Especially when it is well known that 306 is a Saskatchewan number and not only do I have a giant Saskatchewan Roughriders sticker on my jeep, directly above the affected tire, but I purchased the jeep in SK and had all servicing done there prior to moving to Calgary. They have called me at this number previously as I have been going there to service my car for over a year so I don't know how they magically have the wrong number. He advised me that yes the pin did need to be replaced and I didn't have much choice but to have them do it. However, the part wasn't there but would be in the next day. (Doubtful, more likely it's been 5 hrs and is now end of day and they don't want to start it). I went and picked up my car at which point he was barely communicating with me or even making eye contact with me. We arranged for me to bring it back at 9am the next day to fix the pin. The next day I came in to get the peg fixed - this turned out to a $233 charge for which I don't understand why I had to pay for it. It was the dealership that tightened and stripped my lugnuts so bad - why is this charge entirely on me? Jeremy just took my keys and I had to initiate all questions - what are you doing to my vehicle, how long will it take, do you have my correct phone number? Finally found out it would take about 1 1/2 hrs to do the repair on my tire and that he was going to give it to a licensed technician today. (As opposed to the unlicensed one I am assuming was working on my vehicle the day before?) I also had a potential leak that had been diagnosed once and then never spoken of again at this dealership so I hadn't worried about it as I didn't think it was legitimate. He again treated me with absolute disdain that I hadn't had this taken care of so I asked him to check if it was under warranty. I asked him about 3 times to do this over the 2 days and on the 2nd day he was to find out and call me and let me know. Well, after them having my car for about 3 hours, I called in and someone else checked my file and let me know they had just finished working on my vehicle. I inquired after the warranty issue and she wasn't sure but said to come in and speak with Jeremy to clear it up. I came in, he wasn't there. Someone told me the ladies in the cash room could help me process my paperwork and pay so I did that and didn't have to even see Jeremy again. I just wanted my car back and to leave. After all that, the only charge covered by my tire and rim coverage was a $35 tire patch (which makes me wonder why I waited FIVE hours when this was clearly a quick job). I left with a $233 charge and will not be returning to this dealership again. Every time I go to this dealership they upsell me a bunch of stuff I don't need and I seem unable to come to this dealership without leaving with a bill in the hundreds of dollars. This last charge should not have been all on me as it was the dealership who tightened my lugnuts and destroyed the thread. I paid it as their staff were impossible to deal with but I will not be returning. Janelle who scheduled my appointment was the only cheerful, smiling, helpful person there. She treated me like a human being unlike her coworkers. More
Amazing Service!!! I was looking for a 2015 Dodge Dually. Jason Burns did a great job locating one for us. They were very hard to locate as it was almost year end. Jason and his team looked for almost 2 weeks until they found one we wanted. Jason was even looking and phoning us when he wasn't on shift. The whole team went above and beyond. What a great atmosphere at the dealership also. All of the employees in the building were very friendly and helpful. And of course dealing with Sue when it was time for financing was a breeze. She is such a lovely lady. I would highly recommend Tower Chrysler and Jason Burns. More
