Trade-in and buy a new vehicle I think service team did a great job even thought they didn't actually fix the problem because the problem had to be resolved from Chrysler. Then I was going to trade-in to get a brand-new vehicle. I felt the sales team was arrogant compared with my previous purchasing experiences at Tower Chrysler couple of years ago (2013-2014). The things had been changed: the manager(s) didn’t want to face the client; they were hiding in the dark corner and remote controlling the salesman to talk with the client. And the salesman didn’t have too much power on the negotiation. Probably it’s sort of “sales strategy”. As a client, I felt disregarded. The negotiation seems like talking with a huge cloudy shadow. At Tower Chrysler, it was used to be quite decent western style; I still can feel it from technicians and shuttle drivers. It was the reason I still keep coming back to Tower Chrysler to do the services and parts. I would rather Tower Chrysler keeps what it was used to be rather than those gaudiness sales skills.
