Awful Experience Went in looking for a bigger safer car for my family, honestly didn't even plan on taking a new car home. I had to trade in my old one which I knew wo Went in looking for a bigger safer car for my family, honestly didn't even plan on taking a new car home. I had to trade in my old one which I knew would cost me quite a bit. Our sales guy was so nice, the first finance guy we dealt with was also very nice. Sure enough we got approved and got to take the car home, however with very little information. that night we had second thoughts. The next morning we explained to the finance guy we were having second thoughts and why, he was very nice and understanding and told us to come down to the dealership. When we got there we were taken into the finance directors office where I felt like a child being scolded by a parent. I explained my concern and he pretty much told us too bad so sad that's the deal and wouldn't fix anything. He didn't make me feel better about the deal at all he just wanted to make a quick buck. And then he did everything without giving us any information and just told us to sign. I left humiliated and and in tears. I've never been treated so disrespectfully. After that we had to go back to the dealership 5-6 times to do paperwork, Instead of enjoying my car and being excited, I hate driving it. I regret coming to tower and my company is looking at work trucks and I will not be recommending them or anyone else to tower. I will be emailing Dodge directly about my experience. More

Overall good Kent was my sales guy; he was assisted by a rep from Chrysler and Eddie. Other than the typical haggling process they were good guys to deal with.
