Faruk told us about an employee program that none of the 3 other Ram dealers had ( we had visited 3 others that day). They worked hard as a team for our business and we made the purchase on the spot. Very transparent, professional, and forthcoming. The manager Lance was supportive of Faruk and they really worked well as a team. Just a nice casual environment and they got things done fast so we could pick up the vehicle 2 days later. Awesome. Would recommend them to a friend, and would go back there to make another purchase without hesitation! More

My husband and I have bought 15 vehicles in the last 10 years, this deal was the worst ever after signing. We have a trucking company. Promises was made with no follow-up. Even when collecting the vehicle, nobody was there, meaning the people we have been dealing with, salesman, sales manager, neither of the 2 finance people we saw. I had to register my own vehicle after it was promised that the dealer does it. After about 12 phone calls I decided to do it myself. More

So much for customer service after you buy a vehicle .. I wish to have my review of this dealership changed. While in the beginning they couldn't do enough for me to buy my minivan that night, told me what I wish to have my review of this dealership changed. While in the beginning they couldn't do enough for me to buy my minivan that night, told me what can we do so you will but this minivan. We have had no sales today look at the board, blah blah blah. I said look you can reduce the price to X and you can give me the custom RUBBER cargo mat to fit the entire back area of my minivan when all the seats are down. Is that it they say? Then Greg reaches across the table and sticks out his hand - deal if we do both of those things. Yes I say. So we shake - we all shake hands and I go home. Now two months later I am still trying to get my custom rubber cargo mat. First they ordered me the ugly vinyl one that Mopar sells. I drive all the way down there as they tell me my mat is ready - low and behold it is the ugly vinyl mat. I said to the service guy this is not the mat - this is not even rubber. He says oh your right. Sorry we can't help you. Then John tells me to go to Truck Outfitters they have what I need. So again go out of my way and find out no this is not something they can do. So I tell John this - to which he tells me well I should be happy just to get the vinyl mat. I said no way this is not why I agreed to buy this minivan. I could have gone back to the other dealership who advised me they would do the custom mat for me. Not a problem. So I do the leg work and find a place in Calgary with a custom laser cut rubber mat. I call and text and email all of my contacts at Tower - not one person gets back to. So it is the night before I am suppose to go and see this mat - I call and leave messages, I email - nothing. Even the head sale manager Lance won't return my calls when I was told to call him. Finally John calls me back and tells me look there is no money in this deal for us, we would never agree to a custom laser cut black rubber mat - really is that what you are going to tell me - when you were going to send to Truck Outfitters who you felt do this kind of work but now you don't recall the conversation. So their compromise to me is to take the cheque for the ugly vinyl mat and I can pay the difference for the custom rubber mat if I should fine one to fit my minivan. As well they would never agree to a custom rubber mat. Are you kidding me!! Seriously this is how you do business. But judging from some of the reviews I have seen on the site - they seem to like to promise things and never follow through. What happened to doing what you say and promise. What happened to customer service. I guess the car business must be booming for you to do business like this. I will never buy a car from you people again. I will never send business your way ever and yet I had a few friends in the market for new cars. Guess what I will be telling them NOT to go to you. Oh and even better. I purchase an extended warranty and the documents say that the individual was to give me a brochure on the extended warranty I purchased - guess what still don't have that brochure even though I have been asking for it. Isn't it great!!! Now I know why I will never buy a car from a dealership again where I don't personally know the people and trust them. More

The salesman I dealt with Robert Wachter was very polite and easy to talk with. The sales manager Eddie Mansour was quite helpful in explaining the pricing with trade-in, rebates and such. Jeff Huesken in finance was also helpful in explaining the process and looking after the registration and dealing with my insurance broker. My only complaint would be that the whole process of buying from start to finish took several hours to complete. Faruk Pinar was a great guy and so knowledgeable in setting up my Bluetooth and explaining how everything in the Jeep worked. I found all of these people very polite and friendly and Faruk so patient with someone who was as technically challenged as me, thank you Faruk for your help. More

When I asked the Salesman about it, he said ":sorry - you are wrong". There were 2 of us present and heard the same thing at the time of purchase. When I bought my Jeep there, I was told to bring it back to be detailed and make sure the gas tank is empty because they would fill it, when I took it to be detailed and get the scotch guarding and rust protection etc, I got it back with an empty tank. When I asked the salesman he said he knew nothing about it, When I asked the Finance person who had promised the free tank, he said Sure! Pop in and ask for a gas slip at customer service! When my daughter went to get her truck detailed and extra products applied and asked for the Gas slip on my behalf and HERS, the salesman said "Wrong!! I already gave you a full tank when you drove away! POOR POOR POOR customer service. Firstly we feel lied too, and secondly I shouldn't have to keep coming back and asking for things that are promised to me....and thirdly we are not getting what has been promised. I love my Jeep but would tell people to make sure you get everything in writing or to go somewhere else. OH! and the detailing, I'm not sure what stuff is sprayed onto the interior but it was still there in a spray, not wiped out. It is on the doors all sides... More
