Tower Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Bought a Jeep Patriot and a Dodge Dart John was excellent to deal with when buying the vehicles. But we did have some issues when picking them up. Bought them on a Saturday and the car was suppose to be ready on Monday with new snow tires and detailed. Neither was done. Couldn't pick up until Thursday. We had taken the Patriot with us on Saturday and were suppose to bring that one in when we picked up the car and it was suppose to have new winter tires and detailed to be picked up on Saturday. (When we originally took the Patriot, it was FILTHY. Couldn't believe that they would let a customer pick up a vehicle that they didn't even try to clean up a little bit. There was sugar spilled on the back seat carpet, marks on the seats, etc) very disappointing!! When we arrived on Saturday, it hadn't been detailed. Didn't pick that vehicle up until Wednesday. We live out of town so we were not happy about making several trips in to get vehicles only to find out that they weren't ready. The Patriot is a 2016 (demo) and the Dart is a 2015(used).. overall we were pleased with our initial experience and dealing with John but disappointed with the after sale service More

Dreadfull, employees were extremely rude I had not even set foot in the dealership and the sales people were being extremely rude and cutting me off. Hurry up and wait! I went in to the dealer after I dropped off my employee to pick up her vehicle from the service department. I wanted to see the new Chrysler Pacifica I went in to the dealer after I dropped off my employee to pick up her vehicle from the service department. I wanted to see the new Chrysler Pacifica as I will be in the market for a new MiniVan this year. I saw that they did not have one in the showroom and when I was approached by Kent, I asked if I could have a look inside one that they have outside. He informed me that I would have to register with the dealer first and asked me to sit with the secretary. She asked me many questions and then told me that I was not registering with the dealer but signing up for a spin to win promotion they were running that day. I told her that I was not interested in any contests but we were already finished the questions. I then had to wait another 5 minutes (I had been there for almost 20 minutes now) to get a $500 off coupon that was only valid in the next week. I then had to wait another 5 minutes at Kent's desk. When Kent arrived he asked me to fill out another registration form and I declined as I was running out of time and I just wanted to see the vehicle - he informed me that it was needed incase we went for a drive and the vehicle was damaged. I assured him that I did not have time to go for a drive and I just wanted to see the vehicle. Kent paused, and then got up and walked away leaving me at his desk with out saying anything at all. I left 30 seconds later and will not be recommending Tower or returning to purchase. More
