Very bad experience. I was bullied my the sales manager Eddie and I had bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee that had a defect. I went weeks without my new car while Chrysler I was bullied my the sales manager Eddie and I had bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee that had a defect. I went weeks without my new car while Chrysler Canada became involved and the service department tried to figure out was wrong. A few times the car wascretirn to be only to fail again. Turned out to be a wiring issue. I had only had the car fir a few hundred KM when it failed and I asked for managent to allow me to refund the car and get something different, even willing to pay more when Eddie tried to convince me to take a loss of the defective car and make higer payments on the same make/model without some of the upgrades that I had paid for in my defective car. I have been stuck with a car that I don't trust and was humiliated and made a mockery off. Worst car buying experience of my life and I have owned many Jeep/Dodge products. Should have gone back to Big 4 Motors and bypassed Tower Chrysler. Shady and out to take advantage of the customer. The only person of assistance and good customer service was Donna Rogers. More

Ok experience, but not a great experience I went in to buy a new vehicle and was greeted by John. Nice man, but didn't know a lot about the product. He wasn't aware of the prices, but I gues I went in to buy a new vehicle and was greeted by John. Nice man, but didn't know a lot about the product. He wasn't aware of the prices, but I guess that is from the direction of management. The one thing is, after the sale, he was very difficult to get a hold of. He promised he would look up some things that he saw (which turned out to not be true), but it seemed that after the sale, he didn't have time for me. I kept following up with him, as he told me he would get back to me on something, but it was not a good feeling to find out what he promised, was not true. Nice guy, but there are definitely more suited sales professionals that know more about the product than the repetitive "let me look that up when we're back from the test drive". Greg was the manager that I worked with and I think Greg mostly did a great job. He played with the numbers and was obviously very experienced there. I thought I had got a better deal than I did, but I checked online after, and I didn't really get anything more than what was listed on the website. The one thing that bugged me is that I asked for monthly payments and they gave me biweekly quotes, which in the moment I did a straight x2 calculation (which wasn't right). I put the deposit and then realized that the payment was more because of the way it is calculated every 2 weeks (26 payments a year, not 24). For finance, at first, I dealt with Brent Whittaker, whom was a total pleasure to work with. Such a pleasant guy who really built a good level of trust with me. I was then passed off to Byron Ellett, who came of pretty rude at first and even made me uncomfortable a couple of times. Byron really isn't a bad guy, but he doesn't have the social polish that other sales and management professionals have. Once you get past some of his idiosyncrasies, he's a good guy, so don't let his direct (and potentially unprofessional) demeanor scare you off. He knows what he is doing, and is good at what he does, regardless of how he can come off. More

He was great at listening to our vehicle needs and ensuring that the truck we purchased was a perfect match to our requirements. Robert and our prior experiences with the Tower Chrysler service department was the reason that we choose to purchase our gently used truck from this dealership. Jeff Huesken ensured that we got the best financing rate possible and he ensured that we clearly understood all the steps in the purchase process. I had a few post sales questions for Robert, Jeff, & the service department and all these question were handled promptly and professionally. We got a good deal are glad we purchased our RAM 1500 Laramie ecodiesel from Tower Chrysler. More

Lack of integrity of service Dept. Buyer beware. I'm consistently disappointed with the way Tower's service dept misdiagnose or make you do repairs you don't have to. I've taken their estimates for a second opinion on three separate occasions and in each time they were wrong, overkill in their estimates and really trying to line their pockets at the expense of customers. Tower, focus on customers and value guys, not service repair revenue targets. No wonder you weren't busy. You're ripping people off. Never trust that gal or guys in service and get a second opinion. In my experience it has saved me thousands. Plus guaranteed you'll be on their annoying calls lists. More
