Engine performance issues with a 2006 Dually had us stranded on the I-15 late on a Friday afternoon. We needed to get 3 horses to California, were broken down, and were scrambling for answers and assistance in the middle of Idaho. The truck was always serviced at Tower in Calgary, so we called Shelley in Service to help us possibly diagnose the problem. She was responsive, attentive, and thoughtful. Many service people might have blandly coached the customer to go to the nearest dealer or shop to have it diagnosed (which we eventually did), however Shelley took the time to ask questions, listen patiently, talk us through some possible causes, and gave us part numbers for possible solutions. She did not come across like a "know-it-all", and her straightforward, engaging style was very much appreciated. Thank you Shelly for helping us out during a stressful breakdown. Nobody could have diagnosed the problem and given an exact solution over the phone after being given such vague details by a stressed out driver. Shelley, your attitude and service over the phone made such a positive difference. More
