Imtimadating and rude. CI was there to pick up some cheques that I was owed. I went there and Greg ignored me. This was the 3rd time he has ignored me when I was there trying to talk with him. Because of that I felt frustrated and when I asked him for the money he told me offhandly that he doesn't know anything abouthe money and it was not his problem and that I need to talk to Lance, he is the boss. When I explained to him that Lance sent me in to get the money. I told him I needed to get the money fast since I had to go to work soon and he told me that if I was in a hurry to just leave. I didn't understand why he would say that so I asked again and he told me to leave 2 more time and showed me the doors with his hands. I felt intimadated and frustrated and I didn't know what to do so I left. This was on May 1st when I was supposed to get the money on April 12. I have been having problems since April 12 when I went in to try to sell my car and after I left I found out days later that I had sold my car and bought a new one when they told me I was signing papers for looking into my car to see if it was in good condition and hiw much it was worth. Now it is May 23 and they still have my car, the money they offer for my car and the new car they suppose had sold to me, with a loan of almost $39,000. I don't refer anyone to this dealership. If you do make sure you are reading everything and asking the prices on everything the offer.because that dealer is not fiable. More

Wonderful Experience from Service Department I own an older model Jeep that had some serious issues with the motor.
