kent was fantastic I dropped in to Tower today to see what was available for Jeep SRT vehicles. I arrived there at 6:00 and was gone by 8:00. In that time I was taken care of by Kent immediately. In the two hours i purchased a beautiful SRT, got a very good offer on my trade and had all the paperwork done. This is my third Jeep from Tower. Shelly in service is the best customer service rep i have ever met. I always leave there feeling I was treated fairly. Thanks Tower! More

Unbelievable Customer Service John Assef has amazing people skills. There is no pressure put on the consumer just a wealth of knowledge and a truly understanding and personable per John Assef has amazing people skills. This is my 7th vehicle purchase from Tower and although there are dealerships closer to me I continue to return to Tower because I know I could not find this truly amazing service anywhere else.
