I found myself in a really bad situation w Every person I dealt with at Tower was a huge help through an extremely difficult situation I encountered. I found myself in a really bad situation with a 2014 Jeep Cherokee (it was nothing but trouble from day one and not purchased through Tower). With only 47,000 km on the vehicle and constantly in the shop, and being told by Chrysler Canada that they could not assist me, I wasn't sure where to turn. When the vehicle wouldn't start I decided I could not drive the vehicle anymore. There had been constant transmission problems which was a huge safety factor and once again Chrysler Canada could not or would not provide any resolution to the ongoing problems. When I took it in to see why it was not starting properly I was put in touch with Nels Kelly the Sales Manager, Frank Pinaur in the Sales Department to perhaps see what they could do about getting me out of the vehicle. It was an extremely stressful situation but all involved were able to work it so I now have a new 2017 vehicle for not much more of a payment than I already had. I highly recommend this dealership for superb customer service from Amber in Service to Jeff in the Business Office. More

Great buying experience We came in just browsing as we had been looking for a few days for a new vehicle for our family. We ended up purchasing one of the two that weren't even on the lot yet and are definitely happy with our purchase. We purchased from out of province and realized once we got home that we had forgotten a couple of things that were needed for insuring our new vehicle- once we got hold of Kent we were taken care of and received what we needed to insure our new car within 2 days. We have purchased from out of province before but the level of customer service here is definitely above satisfactory and I will recommend tower Chrysler when anyone is looking for a new vehicle. However, that specific Jeep had been sold before I had a chance to buy it. However, what happened next was where the real value took place; Nels Kelly took the time to look for comparable Jeeps to what I had previously seen and wanted. He had some suggestions in terms of options. The net result was that I ended up finding an even nicer Jeep. Nels gave me a great price on the Jeep. All things considered, I also received good value on my trade in truck. Jeff in the finance office was very helpful. In summary, if you are looking for a Jeep Wrangler, I highly recommend heading to Tower. More
