I don't live near Calgary, so this was also my first experience vehicle shopping over the phone, which I did not expect to progress to a purchase, but due to the high quality staff, it did. The whole experience was very positive, and the staff were very helpful and efficient. I am very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend Tower Chrysler and will continue to return to this dealership in the future. More

Completely Satisfied Dropped into Tower "just to look" at replacing our wrangler for a pickup truck. A very personable and competent John Assef showed us a couple of units. Both were just what we were looking for. Test drove the Lariat and was very impressed. Wasn't looking forward to the "dickering" part but to our surprise it was painless! John asked what we wanted for the trade, we told him and within minutes we were able to reach a bottom line compromise. Part two............Finance! Jeff Huesken briefly explained our options for "additions". We told him we weren't interested and that was that! No hard sell as we have experienced in the past. Within 15 minutes we were out-the-door. Part three.................Taking possession! Unit was ready by noon the following day, clean and shiny. John went over a few key operating features, paired our cell phones, and we were off! The only downside I can mention here is that I HATE the look, & smell of Armor All (or its variations)! The entire interior of the vehicle was rubbed down with it! Can't wait for it to wear off so we can enjoy the O'Natural smell of leather!!! Thanks Tower for a pleasant buying experience. More
