Jeff was the accountant I delt with while purchasing my truck, and I was very pleased with him aswell. I purchased a 3M package and a under coat for my truck, they also detailed my truck for free when I brought it in to get the work done. The workmanship put into the service was incredible and looks amazing. It was fast service and was given a loaner truck for the day. I was over all very pleased with the experience I had at Tower Chrysler. I felt very welcome and was told to come and say hi anytime I come in for service. I would rate the dealership 10/10. Excellent service and friendly staff I brought my truck in to have my winter tires mounted and balanced. Shelley greeted me and asked if I needed an oil change as well. Fabulous Experience Having been to another dealership, we were apprehensive about looking at this one. However, when we arrived, we were very pleased to not be pounced on right away. The sales person that came out seemed as though he was chosen to match our personalities. And it worked. Kent was super with us, and paid close attention to what we were looking for as well as our budget. The team atmosphere was obvious when two additional folks helped work numbers magically and found us the "one" we were looking for. We are extremely happy with our Dodge Journey GT, and even more so that it is fully loaded! Off we went with vehicle, financing, and budget that met all our needs.
