I can honestly say that I have been a satisfied customer at this Tower Chrysler Dealership for the past 6 years. Whenever my scheduled and non-scheduled appointments come up, this is the dealership of my ch at this Tower Chrysler Dealership for the past 6 years. Whenever my scheduled and non-scheduled appointments come up, this is the dealership of my choice. My service advisor Russell H. gets me in and out in a reasonable time, and if I can’t wait around, the Tower Shuttle or Uber takes me to and from my destination. Russell is very friendly and hugely knowledgeable in his role. The only stumbling block is when a part is on back order, which can impact my day to day activities, but that really isn’t the dealerships’ fault. I don’t have any complaints on the quality of the workmanship from the guys in the shop, as just like the front end folks, they are all professionals and it shows. Other than Russell helping me out, the other ones are Nader the Service Manager, and Amanda the office assistant. These people and their willingness in seeing that my service needs are looked after properly, are the reasons that I continue to visit Tower Chrysler. David T. More
Went in twice to fix a read window that was not opening both times they said it was fixed both times it was broken when I got home. They then had the audacity to call me later saying they didn't charge me enough for my service and we needed to rectify the problem. Avoid this place like the plague drive to high river to get better service. More

Review is for the Service department, however the Sales department, failed to forward all extended warranty information ( what is covered and what isn't, to me at time of purchase). My bad for assuming it was going to mailed out to me like I was told. I literally forgot to follow up. Purchased my 3500 Cummins ram in April 2023, within a week I had a trip to the Okanagan. i noticed that the rain sensor on the windshield were not working nor did I have the wheel lock key left for me. I postponed my trip to get these rectified. One the I was there to pick up the truck for after the service Tower Chrysler reported that the removed the sensor, and that they did not have time to reinstall. The wheel locks were changed to none wheel locks. The Service Department want to book another day for the windshield sensor repair, but it was to be done at another location and the location was not at Tower but a Company they have subbed this work out too to begin with, and it was downtown Calgary I was working in Exshaw at the time) I declined , and asked for them to rebook the appointment once the parts were in and perform it at Tower as they have a Shuttle and the aftermarket place did not. No follow appointment has ever been made. still no rain sensor. Fast Forward to Oct I received a letter for a DEF recall, I made the appointment for this service, ( 2weeks later) was told the parts are available for this repair. Showed up to the appointment, I was then immediately sent away from the drive through booking in, as the parts were not in stock . Early March I was contacted the Recall parts were in , I also asked if they could check the charging system as my low voltage CEL was coming on. At drop off the appointment I was led to believe that this Electrical repair was under warranty. However at pick up I was charged $180.00 to tighten a battery cable. I did complain and was told by the service manager that the diagnosis was the cost. I did mention to him the truck had to have scanner put on the vehicle for the DEF recall that the code was stored in the ECU and that should have been all you need to at least put the charging system under load for a test. They did not and apparently a loose battery cable was the culprit. On the way home my truck low voltage CEL came back on. I made another appointment with photos to document the CEL., and sent them to Tower Chrysler. Seeing as the FCA extended drivetrain warranty does not cover Alternators, which I found out after the $180 bill at home and contacting Fiat Chrysler, which seems strange to me. At this time I have decided to take my truck to get this sorted at another Dealership. After 8 months and 3 repairs for servicing the only item Tower service Chrysler was interested in performing was the items directly related to the Recall and that took 2 separate appointments and lost time to have completed, not to mention I see on the Recall completion list , Tower Chrysler reported to Fiat Chrysler that the recall was completed in October 23 When in fact it wasn't completed until March 2024. Its possible that it may have been reported by mistake. But, there seems to be a few mistakes over there and I am not interested in paying for these mistakes, or multiple trips for service items to not be repaired. Hoping all others that go here have better luck than I. Maybe I can help in saving someone else the headache I went through. In closing I have never purchased from Tower before This was my first dealings with them. In all fairness I am not interested in singling anyone out as the pull down screen below suggests. More
I love my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Cherokee! My sales person Taran was the best and I’m not surprised he moved on from this dealership for Ford, so if you want good service go there. I purchased winter rims and after waiting two days for my winter tires to be put on they forgot the rims. I ordered mats when I purchased the vehicle, they forgot to order those. After waiting weeks for mats because they were on back order they didn’t order the cargo mat. I spoke with Nader the Service Manager today, he said he could take $100 off the cost of the cargo mat because that’s how much it would cost to take my tires out of storage and fix their mistake of putting my winters on the winter rims I ordered. He said it would cost $177 for the cargo mat, I’d rather pay double to anywhere else than give another dime to dealership. More
We got a 50% discount from Mint Car Wash . We called for me and my dad and where told for Toyota all we gotta do is call 2 hours ahead to bring the filter in . I asked the price for synthetic oil change and told them over the phone I have the 50% coupon from Mint and they confirmed it will be half of the synthetic oil change. FFWD called a day before and said next morning 8 AM my dad will be there and for them to bring the filter, they said ok. My dad goes in at 8 AM he is told that they don't have the filter ( remember we called a day before not 2 hours ) and he was then told that even with the coupon it will still be around 120$ for a synthetic oil change. False advertisment and not honouring a promo that they made. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place, if they try to scam you on such a small service, imagine what goes on when doing other jobs at their shop . More
