I usually do my oil changes at this dealership for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra but what compelled me to write a review here is the outstanding service I got from the service manager, Rad Zontas. I had paint 2013 Hyundai Elantra but what compelled me to write a review here is the outstanding service I got from the service manager, Rad Zontas. I had paint peeling off from my front bumper as a result of a car wash and I since I needed an oil change as well, I decided to bring this issue up during my routine service at the dealership. The front desk rep, Peter was very courteous and he recommended Rad to go take a look at the bumper with me. I pointed out the issue and because I also purchased the extended warranty, I thought this would be covered. To be honest, I did not know what to expect but what stood out for me was the fact that Rad actually called me back the next day and wanted me to send some pics to him for submitting the warranty claim. I was impressed by his initiative to follow up and make sure I was taken care of. Not only did Hyundai cover the paint peel, but the car was also cleaned inside out so it felt like I got into a brand new car! As a way to thank Rad for his unbelievable service, I wanted to make sure his service is recognized. I live in Woodbridge but I make it a point to service my car at this dealership because of the staff, value, service, and efficiency. I also recommend anyone new to Hyundai to seriously consider the extended warranty because they provide a rental vehicle so for those that do not have a second car while their car is in the shop, this helps A LOT! This is an important feature for me personally because I work in the insurance industry and I need my car to see clients so I can not afford to be without my car. Finally, I want to note that the service here far exceeds the service I got on my BMW when I took it to their dealership. I felt like a VIP at Toronto Hyundai and I will continue to do business here. Had an unusual problem with my Accent, the transmission leaks oil in heavy driving. The leak occurs, somehow, on top of the transmission. Here's my experience at the dealership: 1. The person at the front desk totally ignores my comments (our mechanics can handle it!) 3. The car comes back with status - NO ISSUES FOUND 4. Me asking again to check the upward part 5. Yes, problem confirmed, the oil gets washed and the car gets handed back to me. 6. Me inquiring about the root cause, the answer was that 'someone' just spilled oil there. Asked to drive more and if it reoccurs, get the car back to them and they will find the root cause. 7. Drove the car a few more weeks, again 'bangs' from the transmission and a new patch of oil on top. 8. Went back to the dealership and the steps 1 to 7 had been repeated for 6-7 more times. 9 On the 7th occasion, 2 years later, they told me that it's just the way the car is and there's nothing that can be done.
