I was called in for a Recall that included a free car wash. The estimated time was 1 hour on a booked appointment. I was there for three hours at which point they hadn't even washed my car but offered wash. The estimated time was 1 hour on a booked appointment. I was there for three hours at which point they hadn't even washed my car but offered to do it another time if I wanted to come. They did try to bill me for $1000 worth of work that wasn't needed. The next day I was contacted by a receptionist to find out how my experience was and when I told her how awful it was, she assured me that the manager would contact me that day.
