One thing after another!!! Dealing with Toronto Auto Group has been nothing but a headache!! We gave them a deposit in December for a vehicle and it still took Samer a month to Dealing with Toronto Auto Group has been nothing but a headache!! We gave them a deposit in December for a vehicle and it still took Samer a month to get everything together and deliver our Santa Fe. We live quite abit away from the dealership but was told by Samer that it would be no problem to have it delivered all the way too us. It was suppose to leave there December 27th but Samer said it was having some kind of senor issue and that they were fixing it along with a huge scratch on the bummer. Feeling like it was a lemon my husband made remarks that we wouldn't interested in it if things were already wrong with it before even leaving the lot. Samer advised us that we wood have a hard time finding a AWD suv on the used market right now and that they had hired a new in house mechanic to look over our vehicle and make sure the old one didn't miss anything else. So I felt like they were taking all the measures to ensure everything was good. Once it finally left their lot and was on our way to us it got even messier. The driver was apparently only instructed to bring it to Thunder Bay ( 4 hours from us) and wouldn't drive it any further because that was were Samer had told him to bring it. So then we had to either figure a way to get it to us with only one of us being able to drive and limited alternative modes of transportation. Samer then said if we couldn't get their to pick it up ASAP the driver was just going to bring it back. So we hushed the next day to figure it out and made it to get our Santa Fe. Signing the paperwork was anothe headache all together but at that point we just wanted to get it done and go home ( a 4 hour drive). We noticed the front bumper was cracked a bit and the dealer in Thunder Bay told us to take it up with Samer if we had any issues. So my husband did talk to him and he said he would set us up with a body shop near us to get the fog light and bumper fixed since the driver Kumar had hit a snowbank. It's now been 3 months and Samer hasn't yet to follow up to fix the issue and won't return my emails etc. There has been so many issues with our Santa Fe, the whole front end has been/in the process of being replaced. And there is still issues with the exhaust system that they apparently fixed prior to delivering it. The lack of a proper safety is very clear. My mechanic said there is no way that in the last 3 months we caused those problems. I am beyond disappointed in Toronto auto group and their lack of integrity. We clearly brought a lemon from a lemon company and needless to say have learnt our lesson the hard way. The service was far from professional More

Misleading advertising, poor treatment I had a very negative experience with the Scarborough location. Did some internet research and found a vehicle that I was interested in at that locati I had a very negative experience with the Scarborough location. Did some internet research and found a vehicle that I was interested in at that location. Went and had a test drive, the salesman was very nice. We then went into the store and spoke to Abner. We advised that our credit wasn't good but we had paid off one high interest loan (29.9%) and had consolidated and had three payments left on another high interest loan and a mechanics loan for repairs. He noted he could get us approved for the vehicle. It would take some work but he could do it. During the conversation I noted that the price for the vehicle we were interested in was $8995 Abner didn't believe us as he stated they had that much "in the vehicle". We waited while both Abner and the salesman looked the vehicle up on the site and confirmed the price was indeed $8995. I then made a joke that the salesman was going on the site (as he had disappeared) and was changing the price. We finished the conversation (Abner pointed out a error on my husbands credit report, thanks for that) but then Abner had changed his view and was now saying "if" we get you approved. When we got home (10 minutes later) I researched the website and found the car price had been increased to $10888. I called Abner back and he confirmed that he had "told" his management that we would still get the vehicle for the original price we saw it at. He told us to get in contact with the previous finance company to correct the error on Monday as this was a Saturday and they weren't open. We did exactly that on Monday and the finance company advised that they would correct the credit report. We notified Abner and he then emailed back that his finance group wanted more information. He wanted a payment ledger for both of the two companies we had previously used and paid off. We got both of those but in the process, one of the companies we had paid off offered a loan at 19%. On Wednesday we called Abner back (after 2pm when we didn't hear from him all day Tuesday or Wednesday) to find out if his finance company would work with us and I told him what the other company had offered. He said he would call us back in an hour. He then called us 4 hours later and told us that we had been declined. I know I saw on their site that they say "good credit, bad credit, no problem! We'll get you approved". Abner kept saying ridiculous remarks like "you missed every other payment, you paid poorly" etc when the payment ledger stated that we paid off a $14k loan weekly. I told him that I was suspicious of the decline as they wouldn't make any money but he then sent a ridiculous text message that proved absolutely nothing! I have a few other nonsense texts from him stating that we had given him an ultimatum to answer that day which we didn't but that was why we had been declined. Obviously we went with the other finance company (Newstart Canada) and would not recommend the Toronto Auto Group to anyone! More

From the first communication we had, I feel very comfortable to explain my financial situation and the reasons I was looking to buy a vehicle. They were very understandable and most importantly very friendly. I feel like we knew each other for ever. They review my demand, give me some very good options and advises and convince me to deal with them. I choose the vehicle I wanted, the price I wanted and they took care of the rest. In lest then 10 days, ten days, the deal was done and my vehicle was delivered right to my house 5 hours away from the dealership. Than My grandson and I went for a test drive and we came back home with a big smile on our face. I was completely blown out by the quality and beauty of my 2015 Town&country. For the next two days I couldn't drive my vehicle cause my step daughter and my wife had to try it and when my turn came I was again very happy with the driving, comfort and quality of the vehicle. I give Daniel and Aaron from the Toronto Auto Group a note of EXCELLENCE for their professionalism, their dealer experience and their friendship.
