En route, decided to check out a vehicle at T.A.B. – thinking they wouldn’t possibly take me seriously in my shorts and lazy attire. Not only were we greeted respectfully by Rudik – but told the car’s history from the onset, without us even asking! Took the car for a test drive and loved it. I told Rudik I wanted to see another vehicle before making a decision, and not once did he try to pressure the sale. The car was impeccable, I knew its history, and it was priced below similar vehicles – so I decided the pull the trigger on my drive back home. “Cold feet” ensued on the next day, and Rudik was patient while I put the vehicle through pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle cleared the inspection with flying colours. On the day of the pickup, I was planning to go a few hours early to register the vehicle at DMV and pick up the plates. Instead, Rudik sent someone from his team that took care of everything; saving me 2+ hours that I would have otherwise spent waiting in line! It’s been nearly 2 weeks since my purchase, and I delayed my review thinking everything was “too good to be true” – but the car continues running flawlessly, and I can’t be any happier with my purchase! Thank you Rudik for being so patient with a paranoid customer, and if you’re looking for a car – you really can’t go wrong with this company! More

The sales rep I dealt with was the same I had previously dealt with on the first car. he immediately recognized me, including the car I bought, model, price and even the Kms. I felt very much at home. I was given an honest assessment of the car and found it to be very consistent with the actual vehicle. No surprises. Once the price was agreed to, the car was made ready a day earlier than promised. After I picked up the car there was a minor issue that was addressed within a few hours. Overall a very well run business where the Customer is at the centre of the attention. More
