The sales rep I dealt with was the same I had previously dealt with on the first car. he immediately recognized me, including the car I bought, model, price and even the Kms. I felt very much at home. I was given an honest assessment of the car and found it to be very consistent with the actual vehicle. No surprises. Once the price was agreed to, the car was made ready a day earlier than promised. After I picked up the car there was a minor issue that was addressed within a few hours. Overall a very well run business where the Customer is at the centre of the attention. More

Received Luxury Service and Also Got a Luxury Cars The guys at TAB were fantastic. They explained to me more details about comparable cars than the other dealers I visited. I decided to get the 2010 BM The guys at TAB were fantastic. They explained to me more details about comparable cars than the other dealers I visited. I decided to get the 2010 BMW X5 and its a beauty. I was a picky customer and asked them to take me on at least 4 test drives and they never complained, I was at their showroom for at least 4 hours asking a bunch of questions and they answered all of them without blinking. I added a back up camera and an extended warranty to the car and even with this addition and the cleaning of the car they still got the car to me in a few days. 2 weeks after I purchased the car they called me to ask how I liked it and if there was any issues, what great customer service. I have already recommended them to a friend who is looking to buy the Mercedes ML and I will keep recommending them. Thanks guys for taking such good care of me. More
