I was greeted by Rudik Abramov, who was incredibly easy to deal with. The car I really liked was involved in minor collision, so I decided to not to go ahead and consider my other options. Throughout the next few days, Rudik followed up with me a number of times (not in a pushy way). I finally decided to go back to TAB to check out the car one last time and take it for test-drive. Long story short, it's been a week since I became the owner of the same Audi A4. I was also pleasantly surprised with the finance rate Rudik was able to get me. I set up a meeting with my Bank but was offered a much higher rate despite my excellent credit rating, so I decided to go with the one Rudik got for me. He also offered to replace my tires for free within the 6 months of my purchase, which certainly added to my positive experience at TAB. More
