We purchased a truck from Titanium Ford through their Alberta side, where they deliver vehicles out of Edmonton to customers here. From start to finish, this has been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. When the truck was delivered to our place in the foothills, my husband immediately noticed something wasn’t right. There was a substance sprayed up underneath the truck and all over the inside of the tailgate. He took pictures and told them right away. It looked like antifreeze, which is not something you just ignore. We were told it would be taken back to Edmonton and dealt with. That never happened. They also claimed the truck had been fully inspected before we received it. It clearly was not. They signed off on an inspection that wasn’t actually done. When Jeff took it in for its first oil change, and we hadn’t even put 8,000 km on it yet, we were told the fluids were already in poor condition. The rear axle fluid, which should be red, was black. That should never happen on a vehicle that was supposedly inspected and ready for sale. When the truck was supposedly taken back to Edmonton to be looked at, we had more issues. We later asked for paperwork showing what had been fixed, and were told nothing had been done at all. So we were told one thing, but the truth was something completely different. We’ve since contacted Titanium Ford expecting them to take responsibility and make this right, because this vehicle should never have been sold in that condition. Instead, they’ve said they are not responsible. That’s unacceptable. This has been frustrating, disappointing, and honestly exhausting to deal with. We would not recommend Titanium Ford to anyone. If you’re thinking about buying from them, I would strongly suggest you think twice. More
Best experience when I took my Mache in for a glitch fix. Sai explained the process and the time it would take. They arranged a Uber ride home from shop and ride back once work completed. When I was waiting to get the results of the diagnostic, Sai came by in waiting area to see if I wanted coffee. Nice touch. Also, they washed my car and cleaned the interior. I am totally impressed and my experience was awesome. When I told my husband, he wanted to drop by and bring then cookies to thank them for taking care of his wife. lol. Thank you Titanium staff, especially Sai. More
I wish I could give the service department a zero. They have one guy there Floyd that u can could on but if he's on vacation your screwed. Our 2017 Ford explorer battery died we replaced it. A week later it wouldn't start we pay to tow it in a week later (but we have only driven it once) it's dead. We're go away and now we have no vehicle call them the guy says we'll maybe you better get it towed in again are you kidding me we have done all the oil changes and scheduled maintenence there NEVER AGAIN do not go there More
Awful service. ..had engine light 1 day after I had bought the car...they told me to bring it back ...which I did ...the coil on the the cylinder 4 was misfiring ... ..had engine light 1 day after I had bought the car...they told me to bring it back ...which I did ...the coil on the the cylinder 4 was misfiring ...they told me then they had fixed it...and had changed all spark plugs and put a new coil in....a moth to the day I get the engine light back on ....they told me they did their due diligence...so I took the car to my pesonal mechanic...and he told me they did not put a new coil in...but an old one...shame on them ...will never deal with them again...very dissapointed of the treatment More
Save yourself the headache and bring your truck somewhere elsewhere. Been in about 4 weeks now and the service advisor has stopped returning calls. I was told that the truck would be ready almost 3 weeks ago elsewhere. Been in about 4 weeks now and the service advisor has stopped returning calls. I was told that the truck would be ready almost 3 weeks ago and here we are 3 weeks later still waiting. This is a warranty repair which only covers the rental for one week so I’m out of pocket now for 4 weeks and counting. Hallmark has not offered a loaner or even a partial reimbursement for my rental. I know these things can sometimes take longer but why I am so upset is because they lied to me saying that it would be ready two weeks ago only to call me on the day I was going to pick it up to say its not ready. Update: yesterday I was told that my truck would be ready today. on my way to drop off the rental car hallmark (or whatever they call themselves now) called me to tell me that it wont be ready till tomorrow. Once again I was lied to by service advisor Harry. Not only was I lied to but Harry even said that they are putting priority on some other vehicle before they will finish mine. Worst experience i have had at a dealership by far. Started a formal complaint with Ford Canada. More
Worst service centre ever. First time I took my car in for a service and they screwed my alignment up when I got it back. Then they tried to charge me to fix the alignment issue. Second time I had a recall and a door rattle problem they had to fix it. They told me it was a one day job and then when I got there they said 2 days. Day 3 they said their transmission technician wasn’t in and they would have to keep it for an additional 5 days. No body called me to tell me any of this I had to call them myself. I got so frustrated I just went and picked my vehicle up. Even in those 2 days they didn’t fix my door rattle which had nothing to do with the transmission tech. Super unprofessional and just left me angry. DON’T GO TO TITANIUM FORD (Hallmark). More

Horrible horrible horrible! Do not under any circumstance take your vehicle here for service. I took my truck in for brake service and oil change, they charged me for it all and did nothing.
