I would highly advise against refinancing a vehicle with Titanium Ford. The associate helping me, Nathan, made multiple false promises prior to me signing the contract - and after the vehicle was deliver Titanium Ford. The associate helping me, Nathan, made multiple false promises prior to me signing the contract - and after the vehicle was delivered, suddenly went back on everything, saying they were ‘mistakes’ and he shouldn’t have promised them. Continuously told me lies to keep me strung along for months, such as that a ‘cheque was in the mail’ and that he was ‘looking into things’, even told me that if his company didn’t follow through and pay what they owed me he would send me the money himself, since he was the one that made the agreements to get me to sign onto a new truck. He repeatedly blamed the dealership and stated how frustrating they were to work with. Sadly, he ultimately just ghosted and stopped replying. I asked multiple time for management contact, and sent emails to the dealership itself, but heard nothing in return. Thankfully, I have everything in writing via text messages from Nathan which will help me as I move forward with a legal process against Nathan and the business. I advise you do the same if you choose to deal with them - get everything in writing and don’t back down if they go back on their word. I wish I could give the service department a zero. They have one guy there Floyd that u can could on but if he's on vacation your screwed. Our 2017 Ford explorer battery died we replaced it. We're go away and now we have no vehicle call them the guy says we'll maybe you better get it towed in again are you kidding me we have done all the oil changes and scheduled maintenence there NEVER AGAIN do not go there More
Awful service. ..had engine light 1 day after I had bought the car...they told me to bring it back ...which I did ...the coil on the the cylinder 4 was misfiring ... ..had engine light 1 day after I had bought the car...they told me to bring it back ...which I did ...the coil on the the cylinder 4 was misfiring ...they told me then they had fixed it...and had changed all spark plugs and put a new coil in....a moth to the day I get the engine light back on ....they told me they did their due diligence...so I took the car to my pesonal mechanic...and he told me they did not put a new coil in...but an old one...shame on them ...will never deal with them again...very dissapointed of the treatment More
Save yourself the headache and bring your truck somewhere elsewhere. Been in about 4 weeks now and the service advisor has stopped returning calls. I was told that the truck would be ready almost 3 weeks ago elsewhere. Been in about 4 weeks now and the service advisor has stopped returning calls. I was told that the truck would be ready almost 3 weeks ago and here we are 3 weeks later still waiting. This is a warranty repair which only covers the rental for one week so I’m out of pocket now for 4 weeks and counting. Hallmark has not offered a loaner or even a partial reimbursement for my rental. I know these things can sometimes take longer but why I am so upset is because they lied to me saying that it would be ready two weeks ago only to call me on the day I was going to pick it up to say its not ready. Update: yesterday I was told that my truck would be ready today. on my way to drop off the rental car hallmark (or whatever they call themselves now) called me to tell me that it wont be ready till tomorrow. Once again I was lied to by service advisor Harry. Not only was I lied to but Harry even said that they are putting priority on some other vehicle before they will finish mine. Worst experience i have had at a dealership by far. Started a formal complaint with Ford Canada. More
Worst service centre ever. First time I took my car in for a service and they screwed my alignment up when I got it back. Then they tried to charge me to fix the alignment issu First time I took my car in for a service and they screwed my alignment up when I got it back. Then they tried to charge me to fix the alignment issue. Second time I had a recall and a door rattle problem they had to fix it. They told me it was a one day job and then when I got there they said 2 days. Day 3 they said their transmission technician wasn’t in and they would have to keep it for an additional 5 days. No body called me to tell me any of this I had to call them myself. I got so frustrated I just went and picked my vehicle up. Even in those 2 days they didn’t fix my door rattle which had nothing to do with the transmission tech. Super unprofessional and just left me angry. DON’T GO TO TITANIUM FORD (Hallmark). More

Horrible horrible horrible! Do not under any circumstance take your vehicle here for service. I took my truck in for brake service and oil change, they charged me for it all and did nothing. Tried calling to reach them but could not get through. Finally got a text saying no news because the truck has not been to the shop yet. NOT IN THE SHOP?!!!......SINCE 8AM!!!! Told them to get my truck ready because I'm coming down to pick it up. I will take it some where else. When i got there fuming, got no explanation just a half xxx sorry. Wasted the whole day. I would not recommend this shop to any one. Stay away. More

Feeling taken advantage of. Took my truck in for three different problems. First problem was my automatic running board was not staying up when the door was closed. second was my Took my truck in for three different problems. First problem was my automatic running board was not staying up when the door was closed. second was my automatic tailgate wasn’t opening and third was my gps SD card needed to be updated. First off they charged me one hour for diagnostics 3 times for each problem. That’s 148 dollars for each diagnostic, total of ~450. All that was wrong with my running board was that it was dirty and needed to be cleaned, nothing replaced. When i dropped off my truck i told them that i needed to replace the actuator in the tailgate. The part was 67 dollars. And apparently they updated my software to fix my gps problem. (The SD card wasn’t replaced). My total bill was 800 dollars. oh and to install a new battery i purchased from lordco to save money cost me 50 dollars. I don’t see why they couldn’t figure all three problems with one diagnosis! It’s the equivalent to one hour of service and I’m sure it didn’t take 3 hours to diagnose. I’ll disappointed and will never bring my truck back to hallmark ford. I thought they would treat you better after purchasing a 85000 dollar truck. More
