Never going back. My salesman was amazing but the service centre was terrible. My new car, that THEY sold me, had locking nuts on the wheels and they didn’t have the k My salesman was amazing but the service centre was terrible. My new car, that THEY sold me, had locking nuts on the wheels and they didn’t have the key. They had it for 48 hours while apply some coatings and didn’t get them off, so I had to come back. When I asked if they would get them off the second time I got a wishy washy unsure answer blaming it inconsistent reasons (first it was low staff - from the salesman, then it was no lift available). For those unaware, without the key for the wheel nuts…I CAN’T TAKE THE WHEELS OFF! Which means a flat tire meant a tow. Clearly frustrated at this point the, I’m guessing, manager stepped in and talked to me in a tone as if I was the problem. Rude, condescending, lecturing me like I was a child, requesting “a little patience” - treating me like I was being unreasonable for being upset that I had to bring my car in twice and told it might still not be done. It honestly felt like the task was pushed off because I wasn’t paying for it. I will never return and I will never recommend their service centre to anyone. For those curious, they did get them off the second visit, though I wonder if they would have had I not voiced my frustration. More
