Brutal customer service Drove two hours from Saskatoon to look at a truck which the salesman said was in "marvellous" condition. Upon arrival at the dealership we were rushed Drove two hours from Saskatoon to look at a truck which the salesman said was in "marvellous" condition. Upon arrival at the dealership we were rushed into a test drive before being able to talk about the crazy amount of damage to the vehicle. we then dropped the truck off and said we did not want it due to the amount of damage and dirtyness of the interior. Moments after leaving the lot I received a text saying "what the xxxx" from the salesman which personally I believe to be immature. Will never deal with this dealership again. The most intimidating experience ever. More

Travelling from Saskatoon to Calgary, May 20, 2011. Vehicle quit near Kindersley. Roadside Assistance was great, arrived in a timely fashion and towed me to Tisdale's Ford in Kindersley. Vehicle is s Vehicle quit near Kindersley. Roadside Assistance was great, arrived in a timely fashion and towed me to Tisdale's Ford in Kindersley. Vehicle is still under warranty! Was told it wouldn't be LOOKED at for a couple weeks! Unacceptable!! Rented a vehicle to continue the trip. The next week was called and told it would be LOOKED at on June 3, 2011. Unacceptable!! After making a few phone calls to Ford Customer Relations on May 30, 2011, the service manager diagnosed the vehicle within the hour and called to tell me what the problem was and that the vehicle would be ready for pickup the next day. This is not the kind of service one would expect when travelling (especially with a new vehicle still under warranty), and nobody told us that the vehicle could have been towed to another dealership for better service. Incurred a lot of expenses for no reason over this! Not recommending Tisdale's Ford in Kindersley! More
