Highway Robbers for Technical Service!!!! Horrible experience! Took my car in for air conditioner service. Was given a quote over the for the phone which I hesitantly accepted. Picked up my car when it was ready, paid. On the way I home noticed it was still blowing warm air! So I returned my car to Honda only to be told it would be another $1000.00!!! I would of never agreed to any service if they had given me that quote to begin with. More

A couple of hours later I was left a message saying that they decided not to sell me the car at that price after we had agreed on it and that it would be cost me more than 2000$ above our initially agreed upon price. I was angry at the change and declined the offer. Within an hour I was left a message saying that the manager said I could have the car for 500$ above the initially agreed upon price, I called them back and agreed to the new higher price. They then told me that they had changed their mind again and would sell the car for more money yet again. Do not trust the sales persons or management at this location. Their word means nothing and they will rip you off. More

I love Honda Way. They take such good care of me and are considerate when costs are building up. They let me know what is urgent and what can be put off for another service. I never feel like they are pulli considerate when costs are building up. They let me know what is urgent and what can be put off for another service. I never feel like they are pulling a fast one over. I often leave my vehicle there for the day while I'm at work and they drop me off and pick me up from work. They also wash and vacuum my car no matter how small the repair and if they've replaced any dash lights, the dash is spotless. The service they provide is a rare commodity! More
