They backed out of promises I had gone to them because my sister recommended them. I told this to the sales guy and the finance guy. They only had one car for me to consider to I had gone to them because my sister recommended them. I told this to the sales guy and the finance guy. They only had one car for me to consider to look at. On the test drive I noticed there was shaking in the back end. I mentioned it to the sales guy he said it would be fixed by the time I picked the car up. The car was not ready by the date they said it would be. When I went to sign the papers a different finance guy was there to sign papers. He said there was a ticket on my license, and that there was $300 dollars they had to pay...they said they would pay it to ensure that I took the car. (there was not a ticket, so I don't know if these were just fees to change my plate over or what. I found that it was a sneaky way to get me to pay) Then I mentioned again that my sister recommended them, and that I would not pick up the vehicle unless my sister go her recommendation pay. The guy I was signing papers with said that she would get it...as I was signing he began changing his wording to add on as long as she did something online before hand. When I drove away in the vehicle I felt the shaking was still there. The next day I brought it back to the service department. My sales guy was no longer at that location. My car was in and out of service for the next two months. Once the 60 day free to have problems fixed was up I have not been back. The shake is still there. I look forward to the first chance to go to a real dealership trade in this car and never have to deal with The Car Club East ever again!! More

Good sales but parts service not good I had good service with the Sales department and financing. However, I had an issue with my car in the first week and went to the parts department on I had good service with the Sales department and financing. However, I had an issue with my car in the first week and went to the parts department on Windmill Rd. They sent me home without fixing the problem and when I called to follow up, they told me it was fixed. All they did was turn the engine warning light off. I still had no heat and my auto start/stop function was affected. I insisted it wasn't fixed and now I am returning to see them. Unfortunately, alot of garages are unreliable. More
