Wonderful Service I recently purchased a new Grand Jeep Cherokee from this dealership and had to bring my car in for it's first standard oil change. Because the car is new, this was my first visit to the dealership for this service. A bit unsure of the process, I was met with a most wonderful customer service rep. Anna not only took the time to walk me through the process, she went one step further and helped outline some of the details I would need to better understand how to keep my car well serviced. Anna was extremely friendly and so easy to talk to, she offered up help instantly. Further to that, she insisted I don't hesitate to contact her should I have any questions in the future. Props to Shane in this respect. our last visit could have easily been a very expensive one as we were expecting the worse of the diagnosis. Shane gave us the honest truth and the problem was fixed with a more friendly bill at the end of it.
