The employees that work here greet you with this level of hospitality that seems unreal. They take the time to clear up whatever confusion you have. I've been to some dealerships for servicing where I've been treated as if I don't know anything about my car, I was spoken to rudely and when the employee found out a brown guy was driving an SRT, he was surprised. Team Chrysler at Bancroft Drive is honestly a second home to me. The guys and gals who work there treat you like family and I feel this is the key aspect of what builds that foundation for being one of the best dealerships around. The primary reason I come to the Team Chrysler service centre is for one sole reason only. The tremendous service and care I receive from Shane Marion. Shane Marion service is excellent and always addresses my concerns and finds feasible solutions to maintenance issues that arise for my dodge caravan. Although I purchased my vehicle at Erin dodge Chrysler, I shall continue to have my vehicle serviced with Shane due his great customer service and professionalism. And will continue to have my vehicle and future vehicles serviced at Team Chrysler while Shane Marion is still working st that location. I dealt with the service advisor Tyler, he is courteous, friendly and actually had a honest concern for my car. I have been there a couple of times for minor work and the rest of the staff seems to be just as courteous and friendly. From what I saw this time I will continue to bring my business to them. I brought my car in for their peace of mind service and for a couple of front end noises I was hearing, because I was going to take a driving trip with my car. They repaired my front end control arms and bushing which removed the thumping noise I was hearing. However as I drove away there was still the second noise, I turned around and brought the car back and I was able to take the technician Brandon for a drive and replicate the sound for him he was excellent and determined. Between Brandon and Tyler they kept my car for another day and persisted to find out what the rattle was and make sure the car was safe to drive. They tried and tested many ideas and they discovered what the rattle was and fixed it, giving me a big sense of relief. I have had different Chrysler cars for the last 20 years and never received this level of satisfaction, definitely worth dealing with the dealership. More
