I had a brake module fail on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Shane Marion was an amazing support. Due to me being single father and a soccer coach, Shane confirmed the issue with the vehicle quickly, provided me a vehicle to coach the U10 girls soccer game and had my vehicle completed 1 hour prior to his estimated time which allowed me to be there for my daughter on my time, after losing my wallet during all of this, enabling me to get a new license with the loaner vehicle. Just incredible support from Shane and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. More

2018 Jeep Wrangler I was looking to trade in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler for a newer one as I like to keep my vehicles fairly new. I went into the dealership for my regular oil change and while I was waiting I was introduced to Andie. Andie is the text book definition of do not judge a book by it's cover. I actually need to apologize to her (and am doing that now officially - sorry Andie) because I assumed she wouldn't or couldn't know her stuff because of her age. To say that she was exceptional would be an understatement. She was as attention to detail oriented as the most veteran salesperson all while adding in one of the most upbeat and charismatic personalities I have seen in a long time. She delivered 4 hours AHEAD of schedule, plates on, paperwork ready to go. In fact I can't think of one think she could have done better. A lot of people wanna complain when they have what they view as a negative experience. Very few people are able to fully articulate there positive experience. They'll say the person was good or the experience was awesome. But they can't back it up. If you are in the market for a vehicle (new, used, leased) then Andie is your salesperson.
