While Team Chrysler had been recommended to me by a few friends, I'd ended up visiting a couple of other dealerships prior, and even 2 after. When I'd asked for numbers at other dealerships I was constantly asked what I wanted to pay, running in circles and never getting an straight answer. Not only did Joe and Rich bend over backwards for me, I had an answer immediately for any question I had. While some of the other sales reps at other dealerships unfortunately conveyed the negative stereotypes of sales reps, Joe and Rich only proved that not all are painted with the same brush. Since signing the papers lastnight, I have already recommended the dealership to 3 coworkers who are likely in the market for a new vehicle soon. The hardest part of the entire process will be waiting the next several hours before I have the keys in my hand. Everybody in the dealership seemed friendly and inviting. There was a slight problem with the rad hose a few days after I bought the car and I called the salesman. He told me to bring it in ASAP, I did and the service department had me right then and fixed the problem in less then an hour. I had to replace a part to my car and I was called by the lady at front desk that set an appointment for me for 1 PM. I got there on time and I was asked to wait. After 30 min my car was still sitting in the parking lot and I asked Shane when will be taken in and he told me that basically they serve customers by the rule "first come first served". The car got in finally at 3 PM. I don't understand what is the point to make an appointment if I have to wait in line like the other people coming without appointment. Shane's explanation was that the lady that made the appointment doesn't know what is happening in the service dept. I know car repair service is not a precise timing business but still, to wait two hours to get you car in after you make an appointment is unacceptable. More

I purchased a used honda from Geraldo and George Nikitopolous. They were very friendly and helpful. No pressure sales.
