As a woman, I used to find it intimidating when approaching a dealership about buying a vehicle. I thought that either I wouldnt be taken serious or I would be forced into something I didnt want bu approaching a dealership about buying a vehicle. He is not forceful at all, very attentive, and made proper recommendations based on the details I described to him. He is friendly, cares about his clients, and gets things done on the spot. He has some serious "swag" and I just adore him and hope that he doesnt retire anytime soon! Mr. Bouk Boyd, the President, came over out of the blue just to greet us and I just thought that was really classy and made us feel really valued as a client. I wasnt even buying anything at that point and wasnt sure if I was going to, and I really felt that Mr Boyd was genuine and sincere when he came over to greet us. I didnt get a chance to tell him this, but I really appreciated that. George, CRM, was an absolute pleasure to meet! He sat down with my husband and I and shared his vision at the Dealership and I just really felt his passion about his vital role at the Dealership. He really made us feel welcomed and that he was focussed on building a solid team of employees and solid relationships with his clients. Rajan, Financial "Wizard", I mean, what can I say? After speaking with Louis, Mr. Boyd, and George, deciding on a vehicle, we rand into some financial bumps. However, I still dont know how he did it but Rajan worked out the financial details perfectly. I literally saw how hard he worked on the deal and cut MY INTEREST IN HALF that I had on the car I was trading in which was a Chrysler 300C Hemi. There were other things that were troublesome but Rajan just worked on the deal until it worked for us. In two days, I am in a brand new vehicle, no head ache, with a team behind me for anything I may need. I now know why the dealership is called TEAM Chysler. I recommend them to everyone!!!! More

Our new 2012 Dodge Journey broke down on Friday evening - just before the long weekend. My husband and I have called the road assistance for towing and they were very helpful. On my way to the dealership I had it in mind to purchase a used car from the lot as i had previously done about 3 years go. As soon as i stepped into the dealership I had asked for Joseph as he had helped m a used car from the lot as i had previously done about 3 years go. Right away he came over and remembered me and my mother who had also bought a car at the same time as me three years ago. He smiled and shook the hands of my fiancee and brother and made us feel welcomed right away. He had asked me what car I was interested in and I told him that I really liked the Dodge Dart 2013 model but didnt think I would be able to afford it. He assured me that he would be willing to work with us and would treat us more than just a customer. He walked us to where we were able to see the car in the colour I was interested in. The whole time he was talkng with us and making us feel comfortable. He was actually the most personal person that I have ever encountered in retail. I fell in love with the car and he sat us down to talk numbers. I was completely estatic with what I will be paying monthly and that he was doing everything in his power to make sure that I felt comfortable with the payments. We closed the deal and I have never felt more at ease about such a large purchase. I would highly recommend this locaion but more importantly to Joseph. I can easy see how much of an asset he is to your company.It was such a pleasure to deal with him again! More
