I had a very positive experience at Team Chrysler. My salesman, Joseph Albi, was very down to earth and personable. At no point did Joe make me feel pressured, or try to slip any additional costs or services into my purchase i didn't need. Right from the start he was always straight up with me. It didn't feel like I was being sold a vehicle, it felt more like my buddy was helping me to pick out the right one. When we did find the right truck, service was exceptionally fast. Once I found the truck I wanted, the next afternoon it was in my Driveway. My credit history was not very good, in fact I didn't think I would qualify. But Rajan Sabharwal, the finance manager worked his magic and got me a great rate on finance. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at Team Chrysler. I will definitely return to Joe for future vehicle purchases, he was respectful and honest, which is a whole lot more than I can say for a lot of other dealerships I visited.
