Had a wonderful experience today at Team Chrysler. I went there knowing nothing about cars fearing to be charged a hefty amount as I would be an easy target for any knowing my lack of knowledge of cars. At no time did we feel either rushed nor pressured, but we were conscious of the skillful ways in which were steered towards the purchase of a new car. Joe was able to work within our budget, and did not encourage us to over extend ourselves. To the owner, to the receptionist, to the accountant, to the chef, to the car jockey who put on our plates, to Joe, we say thank-you and hope you will be able to meet our needs in the future. this is the first none-import we have bought so are now interested in the quality of the car.
